**What do you like best about Tosibox?**

I am safe in the knowledge that my critical infrastructure is secure from malicious invasions through the use of two-factor verification and security alerts. The first couple of servers were easy to install and the web console is easy to use for basic access control.

**What do you dislike about Tosibox?**

I am quite disappointed for the lack of detailed control over the remote sessions in Tosibox. I wish to let a technician to diagnose the specific PLC, but I don’t want him to change other circuits which are important.

**What problems is Tosibox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tosibox helps me to secure and offer a reliable network connection that allows only the authorized people to control and monitor my industrial control systems. This prevents the requirement of going to the site physically for annual maintenance or to correct a problem.
