What do you like best about TopResume?

Stay FAR away from this organization and work with a consultant that does this service instead - it's worth it especially if you are applying for a senior or executive level role. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TopResume?

1. A writer using outdated software (Office 2013!)

2. Resume that is almost impossible to edit

3. Horrible formatting that is also hard to edit

Recommendations to others considering TopResume:

Stay FAR away from this organization and work with a consultant that does this service instead - it's worth it especially if you are applying for a senior or executive level role. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TopResume solving and how is that benefiting you?

I shelled out hundreds of dollars for a professional resume-writing service and got the following:

1. A writer using outdated software (Office 2013!)

2. Resume that is almost impossible to edit

3. Horrible formatting that is also hard to edit

4. Poor customer service giving me the run-around

They need to be exposed for their poor product, support, and service.

"Clearly a Scam - Terrible Experience"

What do you like best about TopResume?

There is no upside to using TopResume. You are better off taking the time to revise your resume yourself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TopResume?

They seem to assign junior writers who simply use thesaurus word replacements, and lengthened sentences, which make your resume longer than needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TopResume:

- Use actual executive resume writers, especially for your top-tier service

- respond to customers when they email your support email

- actually re-write peoples' resumes instead of just changing words and flipping sentences

- actually format peoples resumes they way to claim you will (with the examples used on your website) - not return the same resume in the same format Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TopResume solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was interested in an executive resume, and looked to TopResume to do a complete re-write of my existing resume. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
