Topaz Enhance AI is an extremely powerful software for interlaced, progressive, or even CGI videos. I used it on old videos from the Brazilian MTV Unplugged series ("Acústico MTV), and even the Brazilian press reported on it. I use it on a weekly basis, whether for personal videos or YouTube projects, and it delivers fantastic results.
