Nothing, I found the service effectively unusable

**What do you dislike about TOOTRiS Child Care Management for Providers?**

I tried submitting a claim to use backup dayacare which is one of my employer benefits. Tootris repeatedly rejected it for procedural reasons, coming back with a different reason each time.

**What problems is TOOTRiS Child Care Management for Providers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are not solving my problems

**What do you like best about TOOTRiS Child Care Management for Providers?**

It's simple for me to use and whenever I have questions I can call support and they work fast, and are So nice! I also love that they refer parents from employers, it's such a nice thing that companys are helping pay for my program tuitions.

**What do you dislike about TOOTRiS Child Care Management for Providers?**

I had an older iphone that was pretty small and TOotris was hard to use, so I bought a new one so I can see Tootris screens better. And now my kids stopped teasing me about my old phone lol

**What problems is TOOTRiS Child Care Management for Providers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm embarrassed to say but I was using just Google software to manage my program, and making invoices for families and parents had trouble paying me (my fault). I moved my enrollments into tootris and now it parents pay quickly!
