Quite simply, it's a game changer. We might have thought we knew boolean and the ins and outs of searching on various platforms - but we were wrong! This platform has changed the way we search for candidates and it's 100% for the better. It's backed up by a training programme designed to take someone with no understanding of boolean to a sourcing genius and we love the updates we get when algorithms change on platforms - Gabi & Mitch are all over it, all of the time. There are no downsides - as with everything, when you roll out new tech across a business there are always issues with adoption but that's an internal problem and the results they get from using it speak for themselves. I've known about Tooled Up Racoons for a while now and kind of just thought "oh yeah boolean strings with words spelt wrong that's great" and not really used it at all - we had some demos and training on it this week and it absolutely blew me away, it's such a better tool than I first thought I've got 3 Interviews from jobs taken yesterday on the back of using TUR booleans on LinkedIn recruiter and gone back over my old jobs using their boolean and it's brought up a whole army of people I've somehow missed.
