About the vision of the team: I like that they are re-imagining the way we communicate, without the need of giving our personal phone number just to receive a call. I think the phone number is very personal and needs to keep that way, so it's easier and secure to give my Toky ID so people can reach me.

About the product: I have used it a couple of times in the past few months and it has worked better than I expected, it has a very fluid user experience, no need to take a tour or a guide to start using it. It's as simple as making an account and look by yourself the simple and powerful actions you can do with Toky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven't found anything I dislike by now, but I'm pretty sure that the product it's not reaching all the potential it can reach, not because of the work of the team, but by the limitations given by the actual network infrastructure. As Toky is providing their service through Internet networks, it can get a little bit of lag from time to time, but this problem is going to be solved when the Internet frequency becomes the main frequency in the telecom's spectrum.
