TokenEx works with multiple data-acceptance channels while maintaining a processor-agnostic approach, meaning we can tokenize and secure almost any data type – including PCI, PII, PHI and even unstructured data formats – and integrate with nearly any processor or endpoint. ## IXOPAY Reviews ### 1. The tokens are not tied to a proprietary gateway so the tokens can be easily used across gateways and when switching gateways. The per-token cost is lower than other token providers. We also like that we can create sub accounts for our customers that we can manage globally. **What do you dislike about IXOPAY?** We haven't found anything significant we dislike. **Recommendations to others considering IXOPAY:** Tokenex is a robust, secure, scalable, portable, and competitively priced solution for tokenizing credit cards to reduce PCI scope. **What problems is IXOPAY solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using TokenEX to reduce PCI scope and provide cross-gateway tokenization at a reasonable cost. ### 2. The first initial contact and communication was clear and very conductive. We are pleased with the service and the cost. Most of all we have a peace of mind knowing that our customer's data is secure and accessible. We love the API that we use to automate some of our online tools to speed our productivity. **What do you dislike about IXOPAY?** There is nothing to dislike in an excellent business. **Recommendations to others considering IXOPAY:** TokenEx services are the must-have for small to enterprise level businesses. **What problems is IXOPAY solving and how is that benefiting you?** Customer data security. We don't need to worry about meeting the compliance requirements as if we would store the data. Also we don't worry about data backup. ### 3. It is not possible to generate specific reports for our end customers like a monthly report as well as we don't see the usage history past 30 days. Our customers are interested in having more details than just a 30 day report. **What problems is IXOPAY solving and how is that benefiting you?** The business requirement was to exchange secure information like credit card numbers or social secure numbers through a PCI compliant interface without storing data (best case) in our environment. This is why we realized this solution for our chat exchanging the data from the website (customer) to the agent. This was used because the customer is using multiple payment vendors and needs to do the payment by the agent,. ### 4. Always a prompt response. Process works all the time. I get a response right away, and the resolution is always faster than I would expect. **What do you dislike about IXOPAY?** No negative feedback to provide, I have been impressed at the product. **Recommendations to others considering IXOPAY:** Best IT related customer support I have experienced. Their processes work as advertised as well. When requesting changes to our configuration, they respond quickly. Submitting tickets is easy, and they respond quickly. **What problems is IXOPAY solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use token vault for credit card numbers. This has reduced our PCI exposure and environments drastically. Our internal PCI footprint is so much smaller. ### 5. But I guess since they are a Web security company, that makes sense. It's just a hassle. **Recommendations to others considering IXOPAY:** Take the time to ask questions to learn the software well. It may seem confusing at first, but once you get it, the whole process is quite simple. **What problems is IXOPAY solving and how is that benefiting you?** A means to be able to store credit card numbers for later retrieval and use. ### 6. Working with the support team to create some customized reporting and passthrough files was easy and very well managed. **What do you dislike about IXOPAY?** Nothing. Very happy with the service. I can't think of anything that stands out. **Recommendations to others considering IXOPAY:** Great and reliable product. Extensive support and examples are available for product implementation. **What problems is IXOPAY solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ease of PCI compliance. We have been able to modify our systems to work with TokenEx so that our PCI scope was greatly reduced. ### 7. They are always spot-on and have a great non-production region for you to test in. Great service! **What do you dislike about IXOPAY?** There isn't much to dislike... I'd say that it's a pain to login via two-factor-auth into the DEV region, but that's about it :-) **What problems is IXOPAY solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're using TokenEx for encryption of card data along with their credit card gateway services. My only gripe was from the old version where you were limited to how much CSS you could use. **Recommendations to others considering IXOPAY:** No brainer. During the transition to TLS1.2, they were very helpful in the transition.
