The only complaint I have with Together is that it does not know the relationship of me and my manager. It often generates questions that would be more applicable for people who are not interacting everyday, which can make some of the questions repetitive or unneeded. If the system knew that me and my mentor interact everyday then I think it could generate more applicable and specific questions that could benefit both me and my mentor. It is so versatile, easy to use and implement, and integrate to be cohesive with the software(s) we use as a company, but also was very customizable to meet the needs of the program we were putting together for our employees. It is useful for fostering connections between colleagues, professionals, and meeting new people through the friendliness of the platform, as you know that people are there willing to help, making the connection easier. Even for companies, it is an excellent tool to connect different areas, especially between different cities and countries. When you want to connect on LinkedIn, you often feel embarrassed to bother the other person, but seeking guidance through a platform like this helps you do it with more confidence, knowing that the other person will be willing.
