Once I created an account and completed the survey, I received a list of 10 possible mentor matches. These folks were great, highly skilled, and knowledgeable. I chose my mentor and was notified when my match request was accepted. We used the platform to book our first meeting and create an agenda to keep our meeting focused. I am an end "consumer" of Together Mentorship and wasn't implementing it. As a mentor/mentee, however, I have had a great experience with Together Mentorship. It allows the mentorship program to have a visible structure; there are clear action items; there are pre-defined agendas; there are helpful reminders to schedule next sessions; there is public and private space for reflection. It integrates with Microsoft Teams, which I found to be a nice feature because email notifications get a bit tiring. I haven't used the app on my phone, but hear good things about it as well. It also provides a tiny degree of separation from other company resources/materials. In my mind, the mentorship program would allow some privacy to the mentor-mentee relationship, and that is achieved through the use of platform. Overall, the platform - if set up thoughtfully - provides a seamless guide to a rewarding mentorship experience, with just the right amount of pushing you to perform actions but not enough to be overbearing, and provides space and schedule for important milestones to take place. **What do you dislike about Together Mentorship?** I am not sure who uses the private reflection space, but perhaps it's helpful to some folks. I am a bit of a perfectionist, and I like to fill out everything to the max, but with Together Mentorship, there really are too many fields and too many questions for me to fill them all out. However, they are not required, so besides "cluttering" my screen and me feeling a little inadequate ignoring them, there's no harm in them - and maybe others do! **What problems is Together Mentorship solving and how is that benefiting you?** Together Mentorship runs our in-company mentorship program. The organization is embracing remote, so it's becoming more distributed than ever, plus it has a number of divisions across countries and states. It is entirely possible for one function to exist in one office, but to only be replicated in another country's office. The mentorship program provides an important avenue to connect various divisions by pairing staff in similar functions for excellent growth-minded conversations without the usual restriction of lines of business. ### 9.
