The platform allows you to run multiple programs concurrently with different purposes and configurations to simultaneously serve various business needs or objectives. The Together Platform is also highly configurable to create tailored experiences for various purposes, from personalized intake questions to robust matching algorithms. There is enough choice to make it work the way we want it to work for us, but not too many choices that it is overwhelming and time-consuming to create mentoring programs. It integrates nicely into Office 365 and our SSO provider! Big fan! I almost forgot the analytics and user dashboard are fantastic and make reporting and celebrating the success of the mentoring programs easy! **What do you dislike about Together Mentorship?** In an ideal world, we would be able to have SSO activated for internal users and have password login available for external users so that our team could mentor our local communities and provide external mentorship for our team members. **What problems is Together Mentorship solving and how is that benefiting you?** We continued to push off large-scale mentorship programs because of the time they took to set up and manage. This means that the pairing process and registration process are on-going. This is extremely helpful since we are a growing company and always welcoming new employees! **What do you dislike about Together Mentorship?** I feel they could have better resources for introducing and continuing to advertise the program to the company. They have minimal resources put together - I don't mind putting these communications together, and they are constantly adding new features to send emails via the platform which is helpful! **What problems is Together Mentorship solving and how is that benefiting you?** I would say the communication piece. As I said in a previous answer, they are constantly adding new features. I am now able to send more communications through the platform to registered and non-registered users. The platform is highly configurable and is intuitive for program admins to navigate to set up a new mentorship program. There's also test emails you can send to yourself to test out the flow yourself! Previous to Together, we were manually creating google forms, sheets, and drafting emails to manually match mentors to mentees and were only able to offer one mentorship program to our employee resource group.
