**What do you like best about Tofu?**

I like Tofu's personalization and dynamic content development in real time and at scale. The ability to plug directly into our tech stack on the marketing side is super important as it allows us to engage better at scale and also measure and track our performance.

**What do you dislike about Tofu?**

The interface is still a little difficult to manage and navigate. Sometimes I find myself lost in the interface. I think it could be cleaned up and from a UI perspective, more user friendly.

**What problems is Tofu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tofu handles large-scale personalization of nurture series, improving engagement with customized content. It aids research and data normalization across prospects. Integrating with our tech stack enhances campaign effectiveness and performance tracking.

**What do you like best about Tofu?**

I've used Tofu at two startups now (Series A and Series B), and it’s quickly become one of those tools I can’t imagine running a GTM team without. It just makes everything work better and faster.

The ability to create super personalized emails and landing pages at scale is a game-changer. Repurposing content and building account-level sales enablement in Tofu saves us hours every week, and the quality is still top-notch.

One of my favorite features is the chat that’s trained on all our GTM docs. It ensures the entire marketing team's AI use is aligned.

A few other features I love:
- Autopilot campaigns (we run a couple doing intent-based outbound campaigns)
- The new slides repurposing tool (all with a custom, branded deck template)
- Hubspot integration (makes sense and works well)

Finally, the team at Tofu has always been super helpful and thoughtful. They know they are early stage in a competitive market, and the entire Tofu team (from Sales to Eng. to the CEO) seems to really value their customers.

Honestly, for any team trying to punch above their weight when it comes to personalization and efficiency, Tofu is a no-brainer. Highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about Tofu?**

Mostly early stage startup stuff: 
- Minimal user roles/permissions
- Beta-y UX for parts of the product
- AI content outputs take some work to get right, depending on your use case

**What problems is Tofu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tofu is what enables our small, 3-person marketing team to product content and run ABM (lite). It gives each team member a big efficiency boost, in addition to being a crucial part of automated campaigns + workflows (outbound, webinar follow-up, etc.).

I use Tofu for GTM engineering and really appreciate how it helps me with creating campaigns and content at scale. I like the ease of use, which makes my tasks simpler. I also think it's really smart because it learns from what we approve and select. I genuinely feel it's a great tool!

**What do you like best about Tofu?**

TofuHQ has been a welcome addition to Nivoda’s marketing toolkit, particularly for teams that need to move fast with minimal friction. What stands out most is its ease of use. Marketers and cross-functional stakeholders alike can generate high-quality content without needing to constantly involve design or engineering resources. The interface is intuitive and onboarding is essentially frictionless.

Implementation was extremely lightweight, requiring no code or complex integrations. Within hours, the platform was feeding personalised creative into our marketing flows. 

It especially shines in use cases where speed, variation, and content freshness matter, such as category-specific ads, email campaigns, and tailored product messaging. For a company scaling rapidly across geographies and customer segments, TofuHQ helps us meet the content demands without hiring a large creative team.

**What do you dislike about Tofu?**

The biggest drawback is the limited visibility into downstream performance. TofuHQ doesn't yet offer closed-loop attribution or robust analytics features. Rhere’s no native way to track how generated assets perform across channels, nor any A/B testing functionality. This makes it harder to optimise systematically or prove ROI beyond anecdotal wins or engagement metrics captured elsewhere.

Additionally, the creative outputs, while varied, can feel templated over time. Without human refinement, they risk becoming formulaic, especially in high-stakes branding contexts where tone and nuance matter.

**What problems is Tofu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By automating creative generation, teams can self-serve variations at speed while maintaining a consistent look and feel. It accelerates GTM timelines by removing the bottlenecks that often arise when we need personalised messaging developed by a perennially capacity-constrained team. Finally, it's helped standardise messaging across teams. I'm not worried to give the tool to a sales team lead or a central ops project leader and risk bifurcating our brand voice because of the standardisation and centralisation provided by Tofu.

It's a little bit complicated to get started, and not super intuitive as a new user.

Personalised content. The ability to easily and cleverly create personalised landing pages and emails at scale, with very targeted insights has been a great pain point solved.

What I dislike is that it seems that some of the features are still evolving.

Finding the right creators takes too long and it is a hit or miss and tofu has a huge categorized creator database across oral care and health

I love how Tofu allows me to set up a campaign just once and then deploy it to a large audience. This feature really makes personalization at scale a total game changer for us. It's incredible because this used to be something we had to do manually, but now Tofu handles it seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Tofu?**

Sometimes the review and spot-checking content is a little clunky. Once it's all set, it's great, but getting to that point can be a little clunky.

I use Tofu to personalize emails, boosting engagement in a crowded email channel with impressive improvements in open and click-through rates.

**What do you like best about Tofu?**

I’ve used Tofu at two different companies, both with lean marketing teams (one or fewer full-time marketers) and a close connection to GTM. Tofu has helped us get the most out of every piece of content. A single webinar can easily become a blog post, LinkedIn thread, tweet, newsletter, outbound sequence, and more. It’s been a key part of our content engine, helping our team deliver way more than you’d expect from our size.

When you’re testing different GTM motions, Tofu makes it fast and easy to create the content you need. From memes to ABM pages, Tofu has had a hand in making it happen.

**What do you dislike about Tofu?**

Like with any tool, I wish there were more native integrations. Creating content is one part of the equation, and distributing it efficiently is the other. That said, this shouldn’t be a dealbreaker. Even when I started using Tofu with only basic CRM integrations and had to do a lot of copy-pasting, it was still saving me a ton of time.

**What problems is Tofu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tofu helps us keep both content velocity and quality high. With a small marketing team and content playing a key role in our GTM motions, we need to move fast and make the most of every asset.

We’re still early in our GTM journey, and Tofu gives us the flexibility to experiment quickly. We can test different motions, formats, and messages without hitting bottlenecks. It’s enabled us to scale our marketing impact without increasing headcount, and to build the team more thoughtfully based on where we’re seeing traction.

They initially lacked a workflow feature, but after a few conversations, they quickly rolled out the feature I requested.

**What do you like best about Tofu?**

Tofu allows me to leverage AI at a deep level to automate tasks. Scanning entire slide decks or marketing collateral to produce hyper-personalized content connected to account initiatives at scale. Full multi-channel sequences with customizable prompts, personalized landing pages, LinkedIn posts, you name it! Not to mention the account research aspect connecting their latest news, earnings reports, or publicly discussed initiatives to your solution.

**What do you dislike about Tofu?**

The workflow can be a little clunky depending on what you're trying to do, but this is completely offset by the massive output.

**What problems is Tofu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Effortlessly connecting our solution and collateral to the pains of our TAM for more effective sales outreach and marketing.

As a newer company, obviously still adding features, which will take time. Our company has a lot of strict security standards, which Tofu has been working to address, but has made things a bit difficult

**What do you like best about Tofu?**

A very useful tool with a simple interface, many features that allows the unification of the look and feel of emails. Can build mailing lists, track them, create campaigns that are suited for newsletters added touch of personalisation.

**What do you dislike about Tofu?**

Getting set up can be somewhat tedious, especially automated email creations. I did get stuck whilst doing so, but had some customer support.

**What problems is Tofu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When having  a large contact list you need a tool that effectively lets you manage that email database. It's a robust platform so we don't have to worry about the delivery to our clients.
