As a manager, the optimization of my quality check-up work on calls is also very valuable to me, as I can now create scripts that evaluate the calls and generate valuable insights for clear feedback focused on continuous improvement. Now that we have managed to integrate a tool, we have been reflecting on how integrations can further enhance our optimization. Trying to understand, for example, how we can generate tasks from the end of the call and offer automatic actionables, I see that if tl;dv can contribute to this, it would be even better. Today we generate the call summary and can publish it immediately in our system, quickly. But there are still doubts about how scripts could generate tasks integrated with tools like Trello, Slack, and others, to be a clear output after the meeting ends. Optimizing follow-ups even more.
