They have demonstrated they don't care about customers by downgrading our account multiple times, despite our continued yearly payments. This lack of care has led to them creating more problems rather than resolving them. I find the platform's frequent downtimes to be a major issue that makes it unusable, and customer support's poor responsiveness has led to a negative experience. Additionally, their customer service and leadership mindset need a complete overhaul, as they treat their customers very poorly. I use tl;dv for recording my meetings and getting a summary for them. I love that it allows me to focus on conversations with clients without having to write notes manually. What I dislike about TL;DV is that, occasionally, the transcription isn’t 100% accurate—especially with strong accents or technical terms—which means I sometimes need to spend extra time editing. Their support is very slow. They do not address real user problem. Building the whole platform simply based on the user-level is stupidity on the highest level. Right now I can't even do a simple HubSpot integration properly and their support and AI bot does not remotely work efficiently to help me in any way.

Had a call with the COO before and he mentioned he will get back to me and few months later, I still have not receive any follow-up. I even had to send him a follow-up email.
