For a relatively new product, it's extremely intuitive and well developed. I can set it up so it only connects when I need it, I can save my recordings in specific folders, I can share with only particular people, and I can extract patterns across multiple meetings. It's not easy to talk to the product reps directly and I dislike that. When you develop a product, you could use all the feedback you can get, but the majority of software prroviders seem allergic to client communications and reach out for faster, yet less effective AI-powered coms tools. I'd also apreciate even more flexibility around ordering my folders, sometimes I have multiple individual clients under one corporate account and I could use more autonomy in how I sort this out. At The Application Lab, tl;dv has become a quiet, dependable team member that captures the full story of every mentoring and consulting call. I really like tl;dv for the incredible support it offers. I can easily integrate it with our system and create customized meeting summaries, which greatly facilitates day-to-day operations. As a manager, the optimization of my quality check-up work on calls is also very valuable to me, as I can now create scripts that evaluate the calls and generate valuable insights for clear feedback focused on continuous improvement. Additionally, the possibility of testing handoffs to other sectors using AI in all calls improves quality, optimizes time, and helps in predicting risks and opportunities more accurately. Now that we have managed to integrate a tool, we have been reflecting on how integrations can further enhance our optimization. Trying to understand, for example, how we can generate tasks from the end of the call and offer automatic actionables, I see that if tl;dv can contribute to this, it would be even better. Today we generate the call summary and can publish it immediately in our system, quickly. But there are still doubts about how scripts could generate tasks integrated with tools like Trello, Slack, and others, to be a clear output after the meeting ends. Optimizing follow-ups even more. There isn't anything that I dislike about TLDV but it would be awesome if I could find out if there was a way to group multiple meetings together in a folder, then run automations and summaries at an account level rather than just at a meeting level. I like how easily tl;dv connects directly to my CRM and automatically records the notes. When I enter my CRM, the notes with the highlights of what happened in the meeting are already there, or even the transcript. I also appreciate that tl;dv makes the notes automatically, without having to invite it to the meeting, it connects to our calendar and sends the summaries to Hootsuite. I really appreciate tl;dv for its AI note tools and the limited recording and storage time, which are really nice features for a free tool. These features help me simplify explanations, especially when I talk to parents. It's an excellent tool for ensuring that I cover all discussion topics thoroughly. The tool is clearly very effective in increasing the number of meetings I can handle daily, doubling from 4 to 6 meetings to about 10 to 12. It also effectively removes the stress of writing repetitive messages, using its AI to do that, freeing me up for more tasks. Moreover, I've found it immensely valuable for recording meetings in Google Workspace, especially since Google doesn't offer this feature.
