Absolutely thrilled with this ticketing program! Its user-friendly interface simplifies every aspect of event management. Also, I must commend the exceptional customer support provided by Tix. What do you like best about Tix?

If you want to create some events, you can easily use Tix to create that without facing any difficulties or any learning. This app has a lot of features with easy event editing options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tix?

Some of the minor options are not able to be altered by us, it needs a lot of space but apart from this I do not think that they have any dislike so far, so yes best product to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tix?

What I like about the Tix is it helps in state of art, it is a ticketing based system. here we get a lot features of ticketing solutions for promoters, producers, festivals, and more Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tix?

Sometimes we have to face some glitches from where person go to the other website with less convenience fees. And some minor option are not available, so these are the thing which is dislike for this product, otherwise this is best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tix?

What I like the most about Tix is that it helps me to quickly get tickets to things I am looking to take part in, wheater it's part of the company or an external event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tix?

The thing that is least helpful about Tix is that plenty of other websites out there can be used for the same purpose and sometimes with lower convenience fees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tix?

Tix makes it very easy to create events. The mobile app is very feature rich and offers easy event edition options. The pricing is great and the support is also top-notch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tix?

The Ui is very basic and can use an uplift. It also shows customer salutations incorrectly and the search function is a hot and miss. Email receipts sometimes end up going to a customer's spam. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tix?

Our Tix Support Representative is phenomenal. Silvia Mahoney is quick to respond and very efficient with any issues or questions that arrise.

We find this one of the most important things we need for our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tix?

Reports were a little confusing when multiple staff members were pulling reports. There are many avenues to start a report, and we were coming up with discrepancies in end numbers.

We were able to come to a resolution once each staff member was able to talk to our Tix Rep Silvia. She guided each person on what report to use depending on their info needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tix?

Exceptional personalized service at an unbeatable price. The ease of use for both staff and customers. New features and improvements are added frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some minor options are not able to be altered by us (fortunately, Tix handles them quickly for us). Promoters are used to ubiquitous Ticketmaster,some dislike alternatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
