Breeze is economical, simple to use, easy to learn, and has lots of options that will grow with you and your church or organization. They are constantly updating and adding more features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At the present time, the mobile app is a bit sluggish but in true Breeze fashion, their support team is working on it and I feel confident they will get the app working the way it is supposed to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Breeze's customer service representatives are the best. I am in my 60's and the director of a faith-based non-profit. I use a computer daily, but appreciate speaking to a "real" person live when experiencing problems. Not only does Breeze provide this service, but their customer service reps are the most kind AND well informed people I've ever dealt with when it comes to technology. Breeze is a great starter ap for a new organization like a church. It has a very easy to set up directory and calendar. There are also super handy tags that you can add to the contacts in the directory that let you send emails and text messages to the contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My biggest issue with Breeze is on the ap side. It's extremely slow and it's hard to know when the ap is "thinking" or processing the "click." There is also not a back button in the ap which is annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that it is user friendly. So many church management software systems feel like you need a degree in computer programming to use it. I love their video tutorials and their support. Whenever I have called in with a question or suggestion they listen to me and resolve my issue or listen to my suggestion. Their staff never makes you feel foolish for asking your question but are very gracious and patient in addressing your concerns or questions. With the recent COVID-19 pandemic, I'm especially grateful that they have temporarily allowed unlimited text messaging as a way to help keep our church informed and connected. I like that it's cloud based and they have an app as well so it's accessible anywhere and on multiple platforms. I like that as an Administrator I can grant people permission to use the software within the guidelines that I establish for them (so they can't read private notes, access giving records, or accidentally edit or delete files). I honestly don't have any negative things to say. It's been a great option for our church. We are a smaller church and we operate with a lean staff and a lot of volunteers. It's been a challenge to teach some of our volunteers how to use and access Breeze when I've given them permissions to use the app, but that's been more of a non-technical person trying to use the software more than a problem with Breeze's interface of functionality. I like how everything is mostly intuitive and clear to use. The api's have allowed us to create a form that people can fill out on their own without having a login so that they can register themselves which is a huge plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Breeze people are always ready to respond accurately. They pay attention to the question and provide an answer, even sometimes providing a video illustrating the answer. Their support page is excellent, answering just about every aspect of the app. I have introduced and used Breeze in several different parishes. Staff members always loved Breeze in comparison with what we were previously using. They found it much easier to use and lots of support.
