I like that I can see both a high-level view of the church, with reports and statistics, but at the same time, I can drill down to a very granular view and see how individual people are doing. One minor difficulty we have been encountering is with people with the same name in the system. It would be helpful if we could set a primary key as an email address, rather than just a system ID that is hidden from the interface. We are running a multisite church. There is no option to see all campus information together which makes it difficult to easily run some of the reports we like to manage. We also tried to use the pledge campaign function, but it did not integrate with the people management system we use and would also send out automated emails based on pledges that were inaccurate. Breeze allows users to take quick and easy attendance on a tablet or laptop/desktop. Users can be assigned different roles with varying degrees of access to information, and these roles are customizable. (For instance, our "Staff" users can see and edit most information, while our "Attendance" users can only take attendance.) It is very easy to search for parishoners who meet different criteria (e.g. member status, grade, marital status) and quickly assign them all to a "tag," which can then be used for mass e-mail, class roster, or to easily download all their contact information at once. As a youth director, I love that I can easily create reports that tell me which of my students have or have not attended different event over the past several weeks. I have used a number of different church management solutions over the course of my career and have not found one better than Breeze! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I initially disliked the interface. It is simple but took us a little bit to figure out how to navigate it. It also took our administrator awhile to figure out how to give us access to our appropriate groups. Other users in our ministry have had much luck with it, though, and enjoy it. It is easy to learn and utilize, and volunteers adjust well to it. It is incredibly cheap for what you show some signs of life. It has huge amounts of highlights. It is custom-made explicitly for chapels, however I would figure a wide range of associations would profit enormously from it. As a surprising reward, their blog is amazingly useful too. The best thing about this product is that it currently enables our congregation to concentrate straightforwardly on business forms and the most ideal methods for doing things as opposed to get occupied simply find to work our way through the innovation!
