What do you like best about Tisane API?

I will like to state that my most preferable feature of Tisane API is that it is very easy to use. It has a user friendly approach to the interface which enables me to do the analysis tasks when required. Also, the performance of identifying the emotions and topics in the text is rather satisfactory as well. The last feature that I focus on is the possibility of its real-time processing of enormous quantities of textual information. This has been very crucial for my company since we have been able to track the satisfaction of the customers on a regular basis through social sites and emails. What do you dislike about Tisane API?

Regarding the negatives I can only state that sometimes I would like technical support to be quicker, as my, sometimes, experienced some lag when trying to get a question addressed. But after I have had some issues addressed the care I have received has always been very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tisane API solving and how is that benefiting you?

All in all, Tisane API has been a pleasant experience to me The investment in the client base has paid off. I have used this tool in my company and it is greatly useful in our daily decision making process and it has also enhanced our customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
