I like that timveroOS genuinely feels built around real asset finance workflows. The system reflects our real workflow instead of forcing a generic template, and approved terms flow cleanly into the lifecycle. Automation does the heavy lifting in the background, removing a lot of manual touchpoints and keeping everything connected. This reduces friction and gives us confidence that what's been approved is what's actually being executed. It's also consistent and reliable since exceptions don't break the process, and data doesn't end up scattered across spreadsheets. The user interface stays clean without feeling oversimplified, and the system just works the way you expect it to, making day-to-day operations noticeably smoother. Setting it up on AWS was very easy, and it has removed a lot of operational friction by centralizing information, reducing manual admin, and giving us clear visibility across deals. At times, some configuration or edge-case scenarios require deeper setup than expected, especially when modeling less common deal structures. It would be great to see even more flexibility exposed at the user level without needing additional configuration layers. Reporting could also be a bit more customizable out of the box. The core data is there, but being able to build more tailored operational or management views more easily would add even more value.
