What do you like best about TIMIFY?

Timify offers an easy to handle interface, especially for the people working with it on a daily basis.

Administrative tasks are easily managed through the branch manager.

All in all it helped us to reduce administrative time in regards to customer appointments - internally and externally.

Es funktioniert :) Es hat den Mitarbeiter im Fokus Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TIMIFY?

Es sollte mehr den Termin im Fokus haben. Z.B. verschiedene "ab wann kann man buchen" Rhytmen hinterlegen. Jetzt können Kunden alle Termine erst 24h vorher buchen. Einige Termine möchte ich erst 48h vorher buchbar machen, andere 2h :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TIMIFY?

Die einfache Struktur und Übersichtlichkeit. Gruppenbuchungen sind möglich. Angebote über eine bestimmte Zeit. Der Kunde bekommt eine Erinnerungsmail (so wird der Termin seltener vergessen). Neue Leistungen können schnell und unkompliziert angelegt werden. Ich kann unterschiedliche Farben für die Leistungen nutzen, was die Übersichtlichkeit sehr erleichtert. Ich kann von meinem PC in der Arbeit, aber auch vom Handy unterwegs auf Timify zugreifen und somit von üerall Kunden manuell einbuchen. Der Kunde bekommt einen Link und kann damit den Termin eigenständig verschieben oder absagen, wenn ihm zeitlich etwas dazwischen gekommen ist (somit fallen deutlich weniger Termine aus) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TIMIFY?

Schade ist, dass ich keine zwei Firmen kombinieren kann in einem Kalender. So sehen die Kunden immer alle Buchungsmöglichkeiten aller Firmen von mir. What do you like best about TIMIFY?

I chose Timify because it is clearly structured and has many features, such as allowing you to use the program in a team and enter flexible working hours. The app is also a big advantage. The visual aspect of the tool, user-friendly interface, allows the entire team to be viewed on the calendar, I use it for managing motorcycle workshop service appointments.

I would like the process of notifying reminders to clients to be more adaptable to the business needs in the premium version.

Both the information and test phase at the beginning as well as the onboarding were great for us. The employees always took the time for our questions and developed a customer-oriented solution together with us. The customer support is very committed and responds within a very short time.
