Data is instantly accessible from the main dashboard, so we can quickly see how the time is distributed. The modern, user-friendly interface makes Timeular enjoyable to use. It has multiple devices support and its mobile application is really well implemented. It's user interface is really good which makes it easy to use and it also tracking analysis based on available data to predict required time to complete task and manage workflow. It is easy to use and has simple user friendly interface and has great sync capabilities. It provides accurate logs and activity tracking which allows to easily analysis of time spent. Also its integration with slack makes workflow simple. It also provides customisation which allows further utilisation of trackers. Its mobile application crashes sometimes and I have also faced connectivity issue but customer support was helpful in resolving that issue. Sometimes there are some gaps in tracking if not set up properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It integration with trello makes task management simple. Its customisation of tags make it easy manage tasks. It provides good insights where time is used and helps in utilising time better. It also provides offline support for tracking time and provides good sync between devices. Its attendance management is really well implemented and also provides good visualization with reports. It only allows tracking of maximum of eight project which is less in some cases and I have also faced connectivity issue sometimes and other than that I have not faced any issue as I am frequent user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is simple to use and has good interface and can be easily integrate with Api in any CRM. It records overtime hours and provides micro level data which helps in project planning and management. Its timesheet is well implemented and shows leave quota, overtime and reports at dashboard. I also like it's automated remainder for timesheet for approval. I have been frequently using it for some time for tracking the only issue is that it's integration is quite complex and mobile application has some bug other than that there is nothing to dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Let me say it in Form of a little list:

First is overview:

Before Timeular i had a lot of Problems. Sometimes there was no or at least not enough overview over the Projects with results like blowing the budget or losing money in form of unpaid time. This was so unnecessary and i'm glad these days are gone for a long time.

Stress:

I can't say how many days i was facing heavy Headaches but it was 2 to 5 days a week. The pressure was trumendous but this is not the case anymore because i dont have to keep everything in my head anymore. Also the final Invoices for our Customers and the Customer Support in cases of "How many time did it take" becomes super easy.

Automation:

We use the Api of Timeular so the Implementation inside of our own Systems is Working like a charm.

Routines:

The Zei is super easy and it has become a normal Routine to me.

Rotate it, type in the Customer (Tags) and then Desribe the Workingtime. Later it will be visisble in our Invoices. So the Frequency of use is simply dayly :)

Not Dislike but "wishes":

- Individual Statistics "less is more" The is Informations inside which i simply dont need so it were great if i just could hide them

- Seach with Tag-Cominations instead of Results where the items is containing one ore more of the given Tags Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are two points fom my sight which make Timeular the best solution for time tracking which I use daily since years:

1) The tracker - it provides you to get your task in focus and also its easy and intuitive to swap to another piece of work. It's simply useful and funny. Also I like, that you can get more than one Tracker in your account

2) The Timeular app - extremely intuitive and user-friendly. Excellent options for analyzing the tracked working time. Everything has been done right in the development of this system.

Timeular keeps me on track with what I am working on and helps me to see where I am spending my time, not only on projects, but even on singular tasks within a project. This keeps me from leaving money on the table when billing clients and also helps me to look at a project at any point to see where my time is going. We run a design agency and have our projects mapped to sides of the tracker. Each project however needs to be tracked more granual using tags like #meeting or #feature-nameoffeature.
