I like the SMS reminders about my upcoming scheduled events. **What do you dislike about Timely?** I don't have any complaints about Timely. It's a great software to allow everything to run more effectively. **What problems is Timely solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allowed our office to manage multiple client schedules and for some, allowed clients the option of online booking. ### 2. Choosing a package that suited our organization size and cash flow at an early stage was an important feature for us. **What do you dislike about Timely?** Exporting customer and appointment data was a limited and slightly difficult task to do. For some reason, the export data was sometimes corrupted, especially data that had to do with dates, and we had to seek help from customer support several times. Also, blocking out time/busy schedules from the calendar was sometimes a bit of an unintuitive task. Something that should have taken 1-2 minutes sometimes took a significantly longer time, depending on the user. **Recommendations to others considering Timely:** I have no recommendations. **What problems is Timely solving and how is that benefiting you?** We run a direct-to-consumer (DTC) eyecare brand and use Timely to schedule appointments for customers to see our Optometrists. From one physical location and 2 optometrists, Timely's scalability allowed us to continue using as it as expanded to 2 physical locations and 4-8 optometrist seeing customers at a time. ### 3. Usint this software helps us see who is most productive on different tasks and helps use have better time management as a whole. It has a nice dashboard that allows you to have a quick glance at the progress being made. **What do you dislike about Timely?** Sometimes sharing the times in the end isn't as convienent as it could be, but this might be a computer view issue and not neccessarily Timely's problem. If you have any issues you can contact support and they are pretty quick at responses. **Recommendations to others considering Timely:** If you're overseeing different people and different projects this is a great program to use! It has a nice dashboard to view everything and keep tabs on progress. You can always check out similar programs to fit the needs of your business, but if you're a small team Timely is a pretty great option! **What problems is Timely solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are improving our time management by using Timely. It has helped us get a better grasp on how long different projects actually take compared to how long we think they should take to finish. Some projects we wopuld expect to be completed in days but can actually be handled a lot quicker than expected. it's been very helpful at determining just how much work we can do daily and what projects can always be kept on the back burner to accomplish slowly over time. ### 4. The time tracking UI is very well though-out, intuitive and nice to look at. **What do you dislike about Timely?** The only thing you might not like is a bit steep pricing for company users. It's very user friendly and efficient. I had to spend a lot of time looking for a product that would let me do appointments, packages, product inventory management, etc, and when I found Timely it was godsend. **What do you dislike about Timely?** I wish it were a little easier to find the entire list of clients. **Recommendations to others considering Timely:** You won't regret it! TImely is the perfect solution for businesses who do both an appointment-based service and retail, like spas, salons, and healthcare providers. **What problems is Timely solving and how is that benefiting you?** Timely tracks everything I need! I can put appointments in and track packages that were purchased against appointments, I can manage my inventory, I can put in discounts, print out nice receipts, everything. ### 9. It's great for keeping track. **What do you dislike about Timely?** There is a bug here and there on the apple watch where sometimes it freezes and restarts. **What problems is Timely solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'd say it allows me to accurately keep my time so that I can report it to my employers. The system allows you to schedule certain users based off of availability, let's you set times specific to certain users...etc. **What do you dislike about Timely?** I wish Timely was linked with Zendesk so we could link a ticket # associated with the booking - this would save our team lots of time, right now we are adding that information into the comments section and having to double the work and enter in the booking details within Zendesk. **Recommendations to others considering Timely:** Absolutely! **What problems is Timely solving and how is that benefiting you?** Timely is fast, effective, customizable (timing/users) and allows our team(s) to cross-communicate to make for s better user experience all-around. ### 12. We use it for all the team members to its great when we need to collaborate and can quickly determine who is available at what time and for how long.
