What do you like best about Timeero?

The Timeero app was easy to setup and the help function answers almost all questions I had with a quick search. We have the basic plan to track mileage and time for remote employees. The reports available give us all the information we need. Melisa Pazalja was very helpful and responsive to all my needs. The app and the website are a great value. What do you dislike about Timeero?

So far we have not seen anything we dislike. We have not started to use the schedule options in the program so I cannot speak to the qualities of that as yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Timeero?

The Timeero desktop app for admins is very flexible in allowing us to configure multiple options. Melisa Pazalja from Timeero has been very helpful to us as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Timeero?

The GPS accuracy is a little off still but I'm sure they are working on perfecting it. Occasionally the GPS thinks I am in the building across the street. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Timeero?

It's been a great fit for our business and has integrated well with our payroll system. But I think what has impressed me the most is the customer service. Any time I contact them via chat, my request is quickly handled. Amy is fantastic! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Timeero?

I am able to track hours for my hourly employees and mileage for my salesman. I haven't had to use the geofencing, but if I have problem employees in the future, it is a great tool. I have had a couple of issues with the integration to Gusto, but I am always able to get someone to help me and most times jump on a zoom call to fix my issue. This review was also made in March of '22, and we've since then fixed a lot of issues with our Gusto integration. We do try to make troubleshooting as easy as possible by always providing the best customer support possible and act with urgency because we understand that time is money and you, the customer, needs to be able to get back to work quickly when interruptions come up. What do you like best about Timeero?

I've used a number of cloud based platforms and customer support has always been a frustrating experience. I've had a completely different experience with Timeero. Their amazing team lead us through a quickbooks integration, diagnosed an issue, and had it resolved in no time. They got us up and running and fully integrated with their platform. We love the ease of tracking miles and hours. We used to have multiple tools, but we can now pull everything we need from Timeero's reports.
