Tidal Automation is one of the best tool available in the market for automation. We have a insurance project where there are alerts triggered for the failed attempts of premium from the customers. Since we have millions of insurance customer there are atleast thouands of failed transcations.

We have implemented Tidal Automation to automate the response for the alerts triggered. The failed transcation alerts are automatically transfered to our ticketing tool where the incidents are created and assigned to our risk investigators.

Earlier the risk investigators had to manually create tickets that was time consuming and left them with less time to investigate the cause for the failed transcations. Due to the overwhelming number of failed transcations there was a scope of error when the investigator used to create tickets manaully . But now since its automated there are no errors.
