"Flexible Scheduler with Complex Dependency Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tidal Automation?

I love the flexibility of the scheduling as well as the ability to have dependencies that rely on other systems to run jobs we want to have run. The setup was extremely easy, and if needed, consultant companies like Blue House Software are available to help with installation or upgrades. Tidal Automation's scheduler is very well-documented with capabilities for running specific jobs, and I can even create my own calendars for job scheduling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tidal Automation?

The reporting could use a little bit of work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Tidal : A new wave in automation industry!"
5/5
What do you like best about Tidal Automation?

One of the things I really like about Tidal Automation is how it’s been adding more cloud-native and event-driven features. It’s no longer just about scheduling jobs—it now feels like a complete orchestration platform. I also appreciate the improvements in the UI and dashboards, which make it easier to get visibility into workflows without digging too deep.

Another big plus is the push toward intelligent automation, with smarter alerting and easier integrations across different systems. It’s small things too like how the platform has streamlined monitoring and reporting, that make daily operations smoother and save us time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tidal Automation?

Tidal Automation is strong overall, but there are definitely areas where it could improve. For example, while the platform is powerful, the initial setup and configuration can feel a bit complex, especially for new users. Some of the documentation and training resources could also be more detailed and beginner-friendly.

Another area is the user interface,it has improved a lot, but there’s still room to make it more modern and intuitive. Finally, expanding native integrations with third-party tools would reduce the need for custom workarounds and make adoption even smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
