What do you like best about TicketSpice?

Awesome product with customer service to match! They worked hard to meet the specific needs of my business and were always available for any questions! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

There is a bit of a learning curve, but as I mentioned; they are there to help! After receiving help, then I am able to manage independently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TicketSpice:

If you are considering TicketSpice, give it a try! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had reached a point with our business where we actually had too many customers and were struggling with how to maintain the experience we offer and manage the customer flow. We found TicketSpice as an answer to our problems in 2020 when the pandemic necessitated that we reduce the number of people present, and it was well-received by customers and solved our issues. We plan to continue to use TicketSpice indefinitely as it helps us to maintain the VIP experience for our customers! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

Support has been good. Used to use a very similar looking, and similarly named product, until customer support literally disappeared. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

The hardware and software requirements for scanning QR codes for tickets at events are extremely high, and are heavily skewed toward Apple (way more expensive) products. Have recently used a competitive product that did as much or more, without the high level technology. Also found that this competitive product made the accounting much easier by rollimg ALL fees into a single amount that can be passed along to the buyer, which I would assume most event sponsors do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TicketSpice:

Keep your options open. Changing ticket platforms is easy to do. Make sure that the product you use does what you want and need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dealing with physical tickets and all of the inherent collection problems had become a problem. Having nearly all of our tickets paid for in advance has been a Godsend. But in all honesty, this is our internal change in policy. Any online ticketing platform would accomplish this objective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

Creating a page was very easy. Navigating and learning the tools were also easy esp for beginners like myself. Your staffs are incredibly helpful in many ways. They can assist our queries on time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

Ticket Spice will have to work on the HST. Donations should not be included in HST calculations. Also, there should be an itemized refund let's say our subscribers paid in cheque and we had to refund overpayment or discounts.

Another thing in mind perhaps we can have two payment gateway on one page/event. We are hosting both for US and Canada. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

Selling tickets was simpler. Now we don't have to shoulder the commission since i was taught about the Pass the fees to customers which we didn't know until this year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

The most helpful part about Ticketspice is the actual people who are always there to help you! Their product is customizable so there are few limits to what you can do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

The only thing I dislike about Ticketspice is the actual design portion of the customization is limited. It would be nice to be able to add your own fonts or have more design freedom Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

I work with a lot of different clients who use Ticketspice as their ticketing platform. My clients like the simplicity of how the ticket scanning works and I like the simplicity of the data and analytics I can look at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

They have many ways to navigate events and even for us being in retail, taking special orders online! It has been a huge timesaver. The support has always been very helpful from onboarding to helping us grow with our events Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

I really have not encountered issues with ticketSpice. If I have a question, they are very quick to help and solve. We have formed great relationships with those who have helped us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

Streamlining orders being taken online and booking events which has helped with crowd control and we can cover credit card fees upfront. This has not only given peolpe more time to plan and book, but it has eliminated many many phone calls for various events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

I appreciate the availability of customer support as the platform has a ton of depth and it's easy to find yourself delving deeper than you expected when building event tickets or custom rules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

I'm frustrated that you removed the availability to view the graph that was at the top of the screen in the previous analytics version before you switched to this new view. That graph had a TON of valuable resource availability to track daily sales without having to run a report manually.

Also, the custom actions (although have massive customizations) are somewhat repetitive and manual in design. However, I'm not sure how you would move to automate some of the practices as it would be difficult to infer specific business practices across the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TicketSpice:

Please bring back the graph from V1 analytics as mentioned above. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

POS from website to ticket sales, In-person ticket scanning and automated specific date price changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

TicketSpice has met our needs and then some. We originally picked it because it integrates seamless with our donor database, Kindful. But we've grown to love it on its on. Easy setup, easy reporting, great-looking ticketing sites, and affordable. What more could you ask for? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

No complaints at all! Everything is rolling along as expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a way to sell tickets quickly and easily (AND integrate with our donor platform). TicketSpice does it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

Easy to use interface with analytics to track and many other features. Great supportive staff that help in every way they can when it comes to their business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

Honestly do not have any real dislikes. They blow their competition away when it comes to pricing from what I've seen and the support and features are great so I've never wanted or needed to look elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

I utilize their ticketing & calendar system and the associated analytics tracking with that system and have even used their platform to create several dynamic landing pages associated with said ticketing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
