I like Ticket Spice because once you get to know the system, it is fairly user-friendly, AND if you don't, you can quickly get assistance. And I need it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Tech supports are not available 24 hours a day. However, I work late hours & they will get back to you within a decent amount of time. Also, they offer an FAQ which is helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am not able to send test emails of the emails sent to attendees -- would be great if this feature is available. It also would be great to be able to send different confirmation emails depending on the ticket type. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't have a dislike. Whenever I encounter an issue -- usually caused by my unfamiliarity with the system -- TicketSpice support helps me quickly and accurately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They didn't give up on me. I'm not tech-savvy at all and made many mistakes. I contacted customer service more than once each time they were patient and stuck with me until the end. I was so frustrated I started to cry and Andrew (customer service rep) said that he wouldn't leave until it was all resolved, that they were my team and with me completely. The third-party payment isn't fun to work with. That's what I had trouble with, not ticket spice. In a perfect world, I'd like to do everything through Ticket Spice without a third party.
