What do you like best about TicketSpice?

I like Ticket Spice because once you get to know the system, it is fairly user-friendly, AND if you don't, you can quickly get assistance. And I need it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

Tech supports are not available 24 hours a day. However, I work late hours & they will get back to you within a decent amount of time. Also, they offer an FAQ which is helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

My problem with most software? APPs? is tech support after hours. But TicketSpice seems to have been trying to resolve this. As I mentioned, the techs have been getting back to me sooner and sooner. Bravo! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

I love the automatic help from a Ticket Spice representative. The program and app are very user friendly. I use the help feature and read past articles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ticket Spice has streamlined ticket sales for our weekly trolley tours. Now anyone that is working the front desk can easily sell tickets and check guests in for their tour. What do you like best about TicketSpice?

The high degree of customization you can do with the tickets and the event page, as well as the flat fee per ticket sold. The customer service is also incredibly helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

I am not able to send test emails of the emails sent to attendees -- would be great if this feature is available. It also would be great to be able to send different confirmation emails depending on the ticket type. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

I like that the user interface is easy to use. It is important to me that it is easy for me to create events. I also like that I do not have to pay a monthly fee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

They didn't give up on me. I'm not tech-savvy at all and made many mistakes. I contacted customer service more than once each time they were patient and stuck with me until the end. I was so frustrated I started to cry and Andrew (customer service rep) said that he wouldn't leave until it was all resolved, that they were my team and with me completely. What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

The third-party payment isn't fun to work with. That's what I had trouble with, not ticket spice. In a perfect world, I'd like to do everything through Ticket Spice without a third party. Because Ticket Spice was the ones to actually walk me through the problem and solve it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

That the customer service is effective in problem-solving and will walk you through you, you just have to ask them. I liked that it was easy to use, besides the third-party problem. The more I learn about Ticket Spice the more I like it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
