I run an outdoor adventure event with 150 attendees, twice each summer. I've used other ticket platforms that are slicker, but I keep coming back to TicketSpice. Their fees are lower than other sites, their customer support is nearly instantaneous and seemingly right there every time I need it. Recently Phillip walked me through setting up a waitlist at the spur of the moment because my event sold out WAY faster than I'd planned. Their customer service agents know the platform ins and outs and are always happy to help me think through whatever idea or feature wish I can dream up.
TicketSpice is a true partner in producing my rafting trips and there is no way I could run the events as efficiently or cost-effectively without them. I don't even think about other services anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI and feature set isn't as polished or intuitive as it could be, but they are making updates and improvements. Recently they added navigation options to the event page that addressed some of my previous issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
TicketSpice's awesome customer service allows me to share the love and provide an awesome experience for my customers. Help and support are so easy to access and the TicketSpice team is always quick to jump in. As their customer, I am treated with tremendous respect, and a great sense of urgency when I need anything. The software is wonderful and has completely leveled up the experience for our team and our customers. Placing orders, seeing metrics, editing orders, etc. has all been a dream since we switched to TicketSpice. Because TicketSpice has so many features and so many customizable elements, there is a bit of a learning curve. We had a few hiccups (both on the back end and day of the show) that we needed help ironing out. However, the TicketSpice team was easy to get ahold of and quick to help us work through our hiccups. TicketSpice has been an awesome software for our monthly events. The fact that we can design and manage our own landing page, as well as handle registrants, is a game-changer for me. Full exposure of all of our information has been great. It's also wonderful that we have access to assistance and it doesn't take very long for them to get back to us - whether the requests are simple or very technical, I always feel taken care of. I've been a squeeky wheel about this, but ive run several events that have had significant issues for virtual attendees logging in. Hundreds of people have been stuck in a loop, where the event page says to check their email for a link, and when they open the link in their email the page again tells them to send a link. it's been a real problem but hopefully now that im not using the pro plan it wont happen again. It has a clean and beautiful format. The learning curve has been a challenge for me, but the technical staff has been wonderful to work with and has solved each of my questions almost immediately. The staff has all been friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the ability to both collect donations from patrons and to pass both the credit card fee's and $1 charge to the patrons, which helps our small non-profit arts organization keep the full amount of the ticket price.
