What do you like best about TicketSpice?

I like that they have multiple ticketing options for patrons (TicketSpice) or vendors (RegFox) with the ability to manage and respond directly to customers in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

The website is so easy to navigate and the assistance is immediate when you do hit an issue Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

The event can't be added to our landing page, so I have to manually add the events to our web page. The calendar option Ticket Spice provides isn't marketable enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you need to get your box office set up quickly, the training, cost and options are unbeatable. We were having a lot of trouble when our prior ticket platform sold and without Ticket Spice, we would have struggled to come back in the middle of COVID with our live stream options. What do you like best about TicketSpice?

TicketSpice, RegFox, and GivingFule answer all our organization's needs when it comes to our event registrations, ticketing, and getting donations. These tools offer versatility and allow me to create forms that collect all the information I need to make our campaigns and events a success. My favorite features in TicketSpice are the data collection tools, they let me customize my information gathering down to the smallest detail. What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

I know and appreciate that this program is constantly changing and getting better, but sometimes I wish I could turn more features on and off as needed, and customize the preset tools a little more to my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So much of my work is done on TicketSpice and the Webconnex suite. My ability to get the information from our donors and event participants makes the work of the organization flow better. The ease with which I can create and customize a form means, I am not spending more time than needed on registrations and lets me spend my time on organizational priorities. What do you like best about TicketSpice?

The service is excellent. We get quick responses on the weekends and after hours. This is so helpful when we are on location in the middle of an event. The platform is robust and there multiple options to create the exact ticket page you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

The only thing I dislike is that I can't snap my fingers and have every idea I come up with immediately implemented by the TicketSpice team. The flashlight feature on the app is probably the thing we get the most complaints about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

TicketSpice solved our problem of controlling entrances into our youth sports events. The scanning feature with the option for multiple scans has helped us transition away from wristbands which were always getting lost. The pricing model and rates are great for higher-priced tickets, and the customer service is very good. The pre-registration feature provides a unique capability not yet found elsewhere.
