What do you like best about TicketSpice?

I like that if I'm struggling with something, I know they are just a quick text/email away. Communication is key for me. It saves me time and money, so thank you! Plus, they are based in the US, so there isn't a language barrier. I constantly deal with that when looking for support from other services. It takes twice as long to get an answer! What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

I'd like themto keep evolving their product. It's really good, but it can be great. Easier reporting and ticket processing is key for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very easy to set up and utilize from our side and customer side

all customer service reps are very helpful

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

Daunting to change platforms and reinvent the wheel from what we were currently using but upon complete investigation this was the best route for us to go in ease and analytics Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have had no real problems or issues. Anything that may come up is easily fixed and has not held us up from launching our sales platform promptly. What do you like best about TicketSpice?

easy to create, easy to use, stream lined both out events that weren't alike really well. Staff is SUPER helpful and amazing.

I can say as a very small non-profit that doesn't have big dollars and a staff of one, this has been a God send. I have FUN creating new pages and using them in creative ways to raise funds, do events, run out membership forms through it and SO much more. It has also helped out accountant also. What do you like best about TicketSpice?

The interface is very well handled. We love the options available, our customers had no complaints when using the purchase page, and we are very happy with the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

There were issues when trying to set up our event regarding the Hybrid options. We had no way to customize our in person tickets. When we switched the event to in person we could not change it back to hybrid. There was no way to offer digital experience tickets from the in person side for those that wanted to tune into the guest speaker streams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

TicketSpice offered great on boarding support to make the whole process easy. You are connected with specialists who are helpful and knowledgeable. I like being able to access my account electronically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wish I could have customers make purchases without buying a ticket. Sometimes customers already have a ticket and want a spur of the moment purchase but TicketSpice doesn't allow for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

Scanning is incredibly simple and straightforward. Intuitive design and customization are a huge plus. TicketSpice's responsive team makes things much easier, and they are always willing to find a solution as quickly as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

There's not much that we dislike, though we wish the deposit reporting between TicketSpice and WePay had more details. It is a bit cumbersome to manually calculate certain types of tickets for deposit and admissions info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are a small company, with not many tech-savvy employees. TicketSpice has comprehensive instructions, and a staff that is always willing to walk you through things. As with most things, the more you use it, the easier it is - but out of all of the ticketing companies we've used and explored, it is certainly the easiest and most efficient. What do you like best about TicketSpice?

I like that TicketSpice is very easy to use. Very user friendly. When I can't figure out how to do something I can contact support or my account manager and they will send me detailed instructions on how to do it. What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

There are a few things that could be a little more user-friendly, like coupons, however, once I figure out how to do something it is very easy and I can refer back to instructions on how to do it the next time I need it. What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

We've used TicketSpice for major conferences, concerts and other events for years. It's both staff-friendly and user-friendly, easy for volunteers to scan tickets, provides us helpful metrics, and so much more. We also appreciate the speedy response time of the customer service. What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

There are certain limitations like not being able to set max quantities with a reserved seating map, the removal of phone number as a part of the confirmation details (now it's just Name and E-mail for free events, where before we also collected phone number).
