Quick response for the issues raised and it's been quite good agile service from them.

The website can be still more productive because many options are  hidden when viewed in mobile version. Other than this no more dislikes to them.

The company offers the best solution for customer journey and their experience in various events. Thus helping me to know about people's experience.

Helps our customers by understanding their needs in real time. And it helps convert audiences to discover interests.

There have been no problems in our company. We are still in the testing phase.

It has helped with strategy experience. It identifies the customer's intention and applies what has already been learned to make each action the right action for the customer at that moment.

**What do you like best about Medallia Experience Orchestration?**

I personally like it because it keeps track of how good you’re good at your job. The feedback you get back from customer is good and It helps you improve  because of the surveys.

**What do you dislike about Medallia Experience Orchestration?**

The one thing i dont like about medallia experience is the acuracy. Some customer dont even recieve the surveys, or when they do the link to the survey does not work.

**What problems is Medallia Experience Orchestration solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its solving how we take care of our customers on a daily basis. It shows what we can improve on and what we're good at.
