The tracking of each step of the transfer process - For us, it is essential that the way we handle and transfer data is GDPR compliant. Thru's service gave us a clear record of the users and their activities during transfers.

While it is presently functional, it can be more intuitive and have a predesigned wizard / step-by-step prompt to help with the day-to-day more straightforward transfer while have also had the standard method, which can be configured and used as required for more complex tasks. Thru is a fantastic platform allowing me and my team to exchange and collaborate on working documents within the service and with patients.
