The native and deep integration between the PIM (Product Information Management) module and the DAM (Digital Asset Management) module. This is the real game-changer. Having all product data and digital assets in one place allows us to achieve a true "Single Source of Truth". This way, we have eliminated fragmented management using countless Excel files, ensuring maximum efficiency and data consistency across all company touchpoints (website, e-commerce, etc.). The area that could be improved is the functionality for mass importing product data. Since we manage a very large and complex multi-brand catalog, the initial setup and ongoing data import phases can be somewhat laborious. I have been using THRON for years as a DAM and it has also been implemented as a PIM. I like that it is a simple product and the support is always available and punctual.
