What problems is Thrive Internet Marketing Agency solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thrive Internet Agency made a great first impression with their presentation, leading us to believe they had a capable team. Unfortunately, our experience was far from that. The team assigned to our project was incredibly poor, struggling with even the most basic tasks.
For three months, we tried to resolve the issues, communicating regularly, only to receive ridiculous, manipulated reports over and over. Each time, we pointed out their mistakes, but they never apologized or showed any remorse. Even worse, we were paying $25K a month for blog content that turned out to be 51% AI-generated, and they didn’t even have the decency to feel embarrassed about it.
One of their employees even told us that they couldn't monitor our work because their mother was undergoing surgery, yet they didn’t arrange for anyone else to cover during this time. We had initially believed we were working with a serious company, but it turned out to be a complete joke—a fly-by-night operation.
Their audacity didn’t stop there. Despite their many failures, they reminded us that we were locked into a six-month contract. Even after I had paid them $50,000, they made no genuine effort to fix the problems. Instead, they offered $10K in free services if we removed our negative reviews. But what good are free services, or even $100K worth, if they’re completely ineffective? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
