The platform is not specifically designed for individuals whore tech savvy which makes it poor for those who already have an understanding of technology. **What do you dislike about Atlas?** Thrinacia has not met our expectations and needs by creating a poor platform that does not cater, to content creators. There are user experience (UX) issues on the admin page. It hinder the functionality of the platform. **What problems is Atlas solving and how is that benefiting you?** Atlas lacks transparency in terms of pricing and features. Having access to demos and interacting with developers is crucial for making decisions; unfortunately Atlas falls short in providing those opportunities. ### 2. I like the ease of use both on the back end and front end. It's ready to go out of the box as is but also can be customized to suit your specific needs. **What do you dislike about Atlas?** Like any online platform, Atlas has its small quirks. For example, we have a number of campaign creators who lack internet skills and who find it difficult to add photos to their campaign pages, rotate photos that are upside down, resize photos, etc. Ideally, the platform would be a bit more accessible to such people. I'm confident that over time the developers will continue to improve the user interface to eliminate such small issues. **Recommendations to others considering Atlas:** Try the demo, ask the developers your questions and do the same with other white-label crowdfunding platforms to find one that works for you. **What problems is Atlas solving and how is that benefiting you?** Atlas helps us run 400-500 crowdfunding campaigns per year on behalf of school and community garden projects. It gives us access to technology that would be too expensive for us to build on our own. ### 9. You are given the web presences while simultaneously being able to connect with users via their mobile app development. This gives us the ability to connect with current and potential users anytime and anywhere. **What do you dislike about Atlas?** The only opportunities we have experienced is the third-party use of Stripe which is a separate entity from Atlas. **What problems is Atlas solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems that we are addressing with Atlas are collegiate obstacles for students. I was blessed many years ago to receive an anonymous donation to pay for my last year of school. The only request by this amazing donor was that I "Pay It Forward" in my successful career. Atlas gave us the ability to do just that. Our platform allows collegiate students anywhere to do fundraising for their tuition cost. This has been a blessing because My Position, as a leader, now coincides with something that I am truly Passionate about. This is not only rewarding to myself, but is now rewarding to the many students that use our platform. The biggest benefit that we realized with Atlas is that you do not have to be an expert coder to development a fully functional fundraising platform. Their resources, tutorials and support staff provide you with all the necessities needed to successfully get your project up and running. ### 11.
