Their implementation team is incredibly knowledgeable and partnered with us to efficiently capture all of our product & pricing complexity while giving us the confidence we can easily deal with any new requirements or technical requests from our operations team. Project Management during our implementation team was not as strong as I would have liked, particularly for a tool this expensive.
