The product is seamless to install, update and has minimal overhead. In early 2023 I experienced a ransomware attack on my email addresses which included a Desktop, Notebook, Tablet. These Ransomware people were responsible for at least 5 companies I'm aware of that got CryptoLocked. Although the hack attempts continue to persist, I've not had an issue. **What do you dislike about ThreatDown?** I think the Root Kit Setting should be in the ENABLE Position by Default. Its always easy to disable a feature after completing a setup. We have been uninstalling Malwarebytes after initial use because of this. When we found this software, it was more than helpful and a Godsend to our organization. We needed to use the software because of several phishing emails that went out to over 3000 end-users that caused a threat. Although, we sent out various training materials, videos and tests to end-users to educate on the threats of phishing and other cyber threats, more than 500 end-users clicked on the links in the phishing emails and provided their personal information. We even had VP's email address used in a whaling email scam that caused the company to lose $80,000 from our Accounts Payable department. The email looked authentic and the AP rep sent an $80,000 wire out that we were not able to recover. Malwarebytes helped to scan 5000 devices on our network and identify machines that had malware, spyware and rootkits installed on them. ### 30.
