There was an incident where traffic was received from unknown locations randomly at the same time and our current security posture was unable to stop this unknown traffic. We realized the connection count was quite high was creating latency for legitimate traffic. We logged a ticket with ThreatCloud Incident Response and an Expert was able to help harden the environment and prevent such traffic from bringing the network down.
