They are always very fast and responsive if we reach out with any questions. They implemented many processes for us in a short time frame and we were up and running very quickly. They work closely with us to understand our business needs and stay communicative with us throughout all stages of testing and implementation. I appreciate all of the support we have received from Thoughtful. **What do you dislike about Thoughtful?** We do not have any dislikes. They are very responsive and supportive. **What problems is Thoughtful solving and how is that benefiting you?** They have solved several automated functions so we no longer require end-users to complete these tasks. These automations include notifying customers based on reporting criteria, editing client account details to remain up-to-date, and auditing accounts to verify the account status.
