Educational issues with my child's school experience

**What do you like best about ThoughtExchange?**

We are LOVING the power and inclusion of Thought exchange. It is a dynamite platform for focal points such as: determining an organizational purpose; prioritizing values to live/breathe better on or culture activations to focus on. This tool and platform is world class and super helpful!

**What do you dislike about ThoughtExchange?**

We sometimes find manual theming more effective than AI theming. AI definitely provides useful insight.

**What problems is ThoughtExchange solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Alignment & inclusion

  ### 3. Great tool for capturing genuine insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tarra R. | Global Diversity Program Advisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2022

**What do you like best about ThoughtExchange?**

Easy to use, helpful consulting from the company, insights delivered in formats that are fairly easy to digest and present to others.

**What do you dislike about ThoughtExchange?**

The AI needs some work - the tool doesn't theme the thoughts entered very well so that they can be grouped and categorized for easy analysis.

**What problems is ThoughtExchange solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to understand priorities and pain points from a much larger segment of our business than we normally hear from.

  ### 4. Thoughtexchange is a great partner!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** PATRICK T. | Community Relations Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2021

**What do you like best about ThoughtExchange?**

On top of being a great product that really helps my school district understand the thoughts of the communities it serves, the staff is extremely helpful at crafting questions, building exchanges, and deciphering data in ways that are meaningful and impactful.

**What do you dislike about ThoughtExchange?**

I can't think of a single downside to using the product.

**What problems is ThoughtExchange solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem TE solves for a school district is providing a survey tool that goes way beyond yes or no, or checkbox, surveys. It allows for open dialogue, establishes trends, and provides analytics and presentation tools that help school districts get the most of the data it receives using the product.

  ### 5. ThoughtExchange is better and faster than surveys

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2022

**What do you like best about ThoughtExchange?**

ThoughtExchange allows leaders to quickly get insights from their teams. Participants get to rate other thoughts, while remaining anonymous, all through a live platform. If you're a leader in the education or enterprise space, I recommend joining a live or virtual event to see how it's use and participate in a live Exchange.

**What do you dislike about ThoughtExchange?**

No dislikes so far; great to see a strong team behind such an impactful product and service. I have recommended it to all of my colleagues in the education and enterprise space.

**What problems is ThoughtExchange solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ThoughtExchange has turned my problems around. By running Exchanges, I can start tackling issues or challenges that my team might be having. As an example, we ran exchanges throughout the pandemic to better understand our teams, who are primarily working from home. Twenty-four hours into an Exchange, we have thoughts and ratings that help us move forward and make the right decisions.

  ### 6. Bringing the Right Voices to the Table

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adriana G. | Executive Director of Elementary Administration, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2022

**What do you like best about ThoughtExchange?**

The ability to get people's ideas out in the open in a safe collaborative space has always been important, but now that we are dealing with the trauma of the pandemic this has become ESSENTIAL for moving forward.

**What do you dislike about ThoughtExchange?**

Would love the ability to use the iPhone app again

**What problems is ThoughtExchange solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leading in a time of volatility and change has been a huge challenge. This platform has helped us get immediate feedback that we can act on quickly. We've addressed issues with student engagement, different leadership challenges, and what is most important to teachers. People feel heard. That is SO important.

  ### 7. Excellent Platform for Communicating

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeanne C. | Superintendent, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2021

**What do you like best about ThoughtExchange?**

I have used Thought Exchange for 18 months through COVID and it has become my number one tool for communicating, educating and building community. I love the idea that people not only share their ideas but then get to read the ideas of others and connect with them. And I get to see what resonates with the most people. So effective and being able to share reports is icing on the cake.

**What do you dislike about ThoughtExchange?**

I don't dislike anything. I am still learning how to maximize the tool and there are many resources to help me- a help desk, my supportive associates at TE, webinars and the master classes.

**What problems is ThoughtExchange solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am getting more voice and input into questions I have that normally our hidden by those who shout the loudest. Not only do I get more voices heard but they learn from each other in this format.

  ### 8. Incredibly Powerful and Intuitive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ANDREW L. | Communications Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2021

**What do you like best about ThoughtExchange?**

This is so much more than a survey. What I like best is the data. We get so much rich data from our exchanges. It is hard to narrow down what I like best, but the ability to theme results is high on the pros list. We can see trends among the results that help us connect with our community more profoundly. We can then see similarities and differences. This is critical for someone in communications. We can easily see high priorities and areas that everyone can agree on.

**What do you dislike about ThoughtExchange?**

There are no downsides that I can speak to in regards to the platform itself. I am so impressed with the power of this tool. The cost may be a challenge for some small groups, as it is appropriately priced. We are a small team, and we prioritize including this tool even though it comes at a premium price. I want to point this s out because it is not cheap - however, I believe it is worth every penny. Honestly, it has revolutionized how we engage our internal and external audiences, brainstorm ideas, and organize thoughts for meetings (and more!).

**What problems is ThoughtExchange solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are so many perspectives in our community, but sometimes the most vocal are the ones who get the majority of the attention. Thoughtexchange ensures that all voices are heard and valued. The benefits come into play when you theme the thoughts and see the data come to life. Themes and trends are so valuable when you are trying to understand the perspectives of those you serve. I have noticed that on divisive topics, seeing the areas where the two groups align is critical.

  ### 9. ThoughtExchange has been an incredible resource for strengthening our community connections

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shawn L. | Community Relations and Planning Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2021

**What do you like best about ThoughtExchange?**

Thoughtexchange helps us build a stronger community through honest dialogue and allows our school district to have a greater sense from all the voices in our community. The platform is easy to use on the administrative side - and provides clear reports for use by our administration and school board - as well as for documenting the results of the community conversation for our diverse stakeholders. The staff at ThoughtExchange are also exceptional.

**What do you dislike about ThoughtExchange?**

I'm not aware of any downsides of using ThoughtExchange - unless you are concerned about some voices in the community expressing their thoughts. ThoughtExchange has a mechanism for monitoring the exchange, and addressing hate speech / inappropriate content - identified electronically, by the community, and the moderator. The system works very well.

**What problems is ThoughtExchange solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ThoughtExchange has been a great tool for us during the pandemic to determine what our community, families, and students want from their school district - and to give them a voice in recommending the best solutions to address student needs.

  ### 10. If you have a large team and what to hear from them, this is the best tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2022

**What do you like best about ThoughtExchange?**

Easy to launch exchanges and get feedback quickly and easily. Once the thoughts get added, you can then review the thoughts and come to a consensus pretty quickly.

**What do you dislike about ThoughtExchange?**

No downsides from what I can think of. If you haven't tried ThoughtExchange before, their virtual events provide the best glimpse into the culture of the company and a live demo towards the end of each event. Check it out!

**What problems is ThoughtExchange solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest has definitely been challenges around returning to office. We wanted to gauge what our employees were thinking and how best to approach the future of hybrid.

  ### 11. Excellent Conversation Starter

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2021

**What do you like best about ThoughtExchange?**

ThoughtExchange has been extremely helpful in gaining insights into our community and staff. It goes beyond the basics of survey questions and allows users to interact with feedback, giving us a true overview of what we need to focus on and what is important to our user base. We look forward to utilizing the tool more as we head forward.

**What do you dislike about ThoughtExchange?**

The only thing that has given us problems is when users of the product star everything. It's great that our users are passionate, but it's hard to use the data when everyone likes/stars everything!

**What problems is ThoughtExchange solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have utilized ThoughtExchange for several items, including community feedback on major district changes (bell times), how remote learning was going during the height of the COVID pandemic, what questions the community wanted answered as we returned to in-person schooling, and even more localized projects like school missions.

  ### 12. Great resource as communication platform

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2022

**What do you like best about ThoughtExchange?**

It's proven to be a great resource to communicate with the community and the staff. It goes beyond just a survey and allows for interaction and dialogue which allows for great insights and understanding. It provides us with rich and useful data that helps make informed decisions.

**What do you dislike about ThoughtExchange?**

I don't see anything I dislike yet. I haven't used and explored it enough to comment on this.

**What problems is ThoughtExchange solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It ensures that all the voices are heard and put forth. It's usually difficult to get everyone to talk so this is a great platform. It additionally allows for dialogue which helps us make better-informed decisions

  ### 13. Thought Exchange Review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2022

**What do you like best about ThoughtExchange?**

I love how polls, open-ended threads, and analytics can all be accessed in the same platform. The UI is good, it's easy to use, and reliable. Everyone can access it.

**What do you dislike about ThoughtExchange?**

I dislike integrating it into our current system we use, Slack. There was some friction in the transition period. Some archives were still in Slack and we needed to access those in addition to creating new lines of communication.

**What problems is ThoughtExchange solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were attempting to communicate with the entire team across time zones and locations since we are no longer fully in-person. We have been able to easily schedule meetings and keep each other in the loop asynchonously as well using this platform.

  ### 14. Excellent tool for interactive communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2021

**What do you like best about ThoughtExchange?**

Unlike a google survey which collects thoughts from those who take it in isolation. Thought Exchange allows us to collect phrases and thoughts and then lets everyone learn from others as well- better than an in person forum.

**What do you dislike about ThoughtExchange?**

Nothing- It is very useful! I also find the staff responsive if a question comes up for me.

**What problems is ThoughtExchange solving and how is that benefiting you?**

equity, covid19 issues, professional development needs, input into decisions that affect everyone. I know that people have commented that they appreciate being asked!

  ### 15. Invaluable Resource

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Catherine C. | Chief Communications Officer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2021

**What do you like best about ThoughtExchange?**

Thoughtexchange allows you to learn what people are thinking and talking about, not just what you ask about. It also allows people to see what others are saying.

**What do you dislike about ThoughtExchange?**

Sometimes it is hard to quantify the results, but the benefits outweigh the limitations.

**Recommendations to others considering ThoughtExchange:**

I highly recommend Thoughtexchange.

**What problems is ThoughtExchange solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thoughtexchange gives you a window into what your community is thinking. It has helped us anticipate questions and issues before they become big problems and has helped us build trust.

  ### 16. Great Customer Service for a great product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nancy G. | Director of Strategic Partnerships, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2021

**What do you like best about ThoughtExchange?**

The responsiveness of our client support

**What do you dislike about ThoughtExchange?**

I honestly haven't found a dislike or a downside.

**Recommendations to others considering ThoughtExchange:**

Utilize the online support and work with a thought partner when creating exchanges

**What problems is ThoughtExchange solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem Solving: Community Engagement in a time where we can't bring groups of people together. We also hear from many who don't speak up in group meetings.

  ### 17. Unique way to understand the priorities and concerns of stakeholders

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tove T. | Assistant Director of Communications, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2021

**What do you like best about ThoughtExchange?**

I love running an exchange during a meeting (in-person or on Zoom). It's a unique way to engage your audience and get real-time feedback.

**What do you dislike about ThoughtExchange?**

There is a learning curve for your community to understand how to use the tool. It just takes patience and a little practice before you get total buy-in.

**What problems is ThoughtExchange solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ThoughtExchanges helps us to understand what is important to our community.

  ### 18. Unique, interactive, and impactful tool for feedback and input

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeffery G. | Learning Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2021

**What do you like best about ThoughtExchange?**

The combination of a main prompt with a mini-survey. It allows for reflective input and rating of responses on a topic, along with demographic or clarifying questions.

**What do you dislike about ThoughtExchange?**

While TE has AI/Machine analysis, there is still a considerable amount of time spent in re-analyzing and categorizing the TE responses.

**Recommendations to others considering ThoughtExchange:**

Understand that this is not a traditional survey tool. It is for a deep dive into one prompt or topic at a time, rather than a sweeping survey covering many topics.

**What problems is ThoughtExchange solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to easily reach and receive input from a diverse, remote work force, and it allows our employees to not only share their thoughts and ideas, but to rate the thoughts of others. From this we can see similarities and differences in thoughts, as well as how important or significant those thoughts are to others. So we don't just end up with a list of things to address or consider, we can immediately see which ones should take priority. It has greatly helped in our planning for projects and initiatives that impact our employees.

  ### 19. Great way to get a pulse on how your employees feel about a topic.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer W. | SVP, Human Resources, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2021

**What do you like best about ThoughtExchange?**

Being able to as for thoughts from our employees, allowing include them and help them feel like they are part of the process and know that their ideas are important to us. Our company has grown to the point in the last few years that we had to formalize a way to engage the workforce and ThoughtExchange gave us the perfect platform to do that.

**What do you dislike about ThoughtExchange?**

I appreciate the face that employees can provide their thoughts anonymously but as an HR leader there are times we wished we could reach out to an employee to talk with them about their concerns or help them understand something when we can tell by the thought that there is a need to clarify. We adjusted and view it as "big picture" - if there is one that feels that way then there are more and address appropriately.

**What problems is ThoughtExchange solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have adjusted our employee benefit offerings, received feedback on marketing promotions from our operators, learned what our employees needed from us during challenging times, and ultimately gave our employees a voice. Our participation in each exchange is off the charts - our employees are engaging with each one we send out.

  ### 20. My ThoughtExchange Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marc F. | Research & Product Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2021

**What do you like best about ThoughtExchange?**

What I like best about working with Thoughtexchange is how engaging the experience is for groups and teams in my organization. Once they understand how the tool and information works they truly buy-in and have embraced both creating exchanges and also using the outcomes pretty effectively. Using thoughtexchange in our virtual meeting world has been invaluable and a great way to get our teams thinking and opening up during meetings and planning sessions.

**What do you dislike about ThoughtExchange?**

I can't really say there's anything about ThoughExchange I dislike. An area that could be improved is the AI Theming. I have become quite adept and enjoy doing my own manual theming as I find the AI Themes don't quite gather and title common thoughts effectively at this time.

**What problems is ThoughtExchange solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving a number of problems in our organization with ThoughtExchange. Everything from strategic planning, employee engagement and software process improvement to name a few. Our employees are becoming more open and engaging with their leadership teams as well which helps to build trust between them.

  ### 21. Senior Director, Organization & Employee Development

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Venita I. | Sr. Director, Organization & Employee Development, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2021

**What do you like best about ThoughtExchange?**

Thoughtexchange allows organization to move away from ratings that don't provide you with options to real opportunities to gather ideas on what is most important and what to do next. Second, I love the look on executives faces when they see the richness of feedback rather than facing a room full of faces that are not feeling safe enough to raise their hand or share their ideas. Thought exchange gives audiences the freedom to now only provide feedback to focused questions, but also primes the pump of ideas with their peers so that feedback is more fulsome. Last, it is so....easy.

**What do you dislike about ThoughtExchange?**

Initially I might have said the hurdle of using a new technology, but honestly the team at Thoughtexchange make it SO easy you'll wonder what held you back. I found myself making selfie videos for the first time! I also was concerned that given the workforce was not sitting at a desktop we might not get participation but in the end, using Thoughtexchange became the proof case the employees will use their personal smart phones to communicate with the organization.

**Recommendations to others considering ThoughtExchange:**

Engage people in using it right away so they gain confidence. Big applications are no more complicated that small ones so start quickly with small ones. Find the internal champions to coach and support those who hesitate.

**What problems is ThoughtExchange solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've used Thoughtexchange in a number of ways. We solicited ideas for new policies and practices related to remote work. The ability to ask 'demographic' type questions helped us to separate out audiences and understand the different perspectives - very helpful on such a sensitive topic. This year we experimented with including a link to Thoughtexchange from our engagement survey platform in order to capture open text suggestions in a fashion that would prioritize and quantify the ideas. This task used to take hours to do manually and we were more nimble getting results of the feedback to senior leaders for decisions. We've also used it post engagement survey to explore 'what would make a difference' questions with targeted employee populations. One function uses it at Town Hall meetings to collect feedback. Its also a social tool - solicit ideas for future meetings and even the most popular idea for the holiday staff social. There are more applications I'd like to try including asking new leaders to use it to build trust with their teams.

  ### 22. The Power of real time conversation! Great tool for any size organization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2021

**What do you like best about ThoughtExchange?**

It's s a great tool for real-time interaction with employees at different levels in the organization. I love the live event feature and how easy is to collect inputs from employees. Another great feature is the voting and ranking function

I like the support we receive from the team and how open they are open to help us anytime. We are having a monthly call where we discuss our priorities and upcoming events and how Thought Exchange could help us.

**What do you dislike about ThoughtExchange?**

nothing so far. I have a great experience using the platform and our associate's response is pretty good.

**Recommendations to others considering ThoughtExchange:**

Talk with the Thought Exchange Team! They are huge support on how to use the tool and constantly providing ideas on how to achieve our goals using the tool.

**What problems is ThoughtExchange solving and how is that benefiting you?**

real-time interaction and collecting employee's thoughts on certain topics. It's a great tool to collect inputs from associates during live events and town halls. Crowdsource of ideas, comments, and feedback. Get a summarized output with themes that we can address. IN times when people are working virtually, we found it as a great tool to listen out to associates and make them heard. Easy to use and navigate from everyone.

  ### 23. Helpful way to gather feedback from my dept.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2021

**What do you like best about ThoughtExchange?**

The best feature was the interactive viewing of results and rating system

**What do you dislike about ThoughtExchange?**

The admin. portal is a little hard to figure out

**What problems is ThoughtExchange solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a way colleagues can share anonymous feedback and interact with that feedback to generate meaningful discussions

  ### 24. ThoughtExchange is a game changer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2021

**What do you like best about ThoughtExchange?**

For our organization, we saw engagement skyrocket when we switched from using a traditional survey setup to using ThoughtExchange. I think that being able to see each other's answers, as well as the reporting features that we're able to use to show our participants what came from the exchange, and use this to translate to how we'll use the responses, has really shown participants that their engagement means something.

**What do you dislike about ThoughtExchange?**

The only thing we weren't super happy with was the lack of a feature to archive completed exchanges, but that's since been added.

**Recommendations to others considering ThoughtExchange:**

I highly recommend trying ThoughtExchange. Their support team is second to none!

**What problems is ThoughtExchange solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ThoughtExchange has become our go-to tool for member feedback. It has helped informed many projects.

  ### 25. Interesting (and helpful) for remote working environments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2021

**What do you like best about ThoughtExchange?**

ThoughtExhange has helped us to maintain a dialogue and stay connected during this past year of remote working.

**What do you dislike about ThoughtExchange?**

It is somewhat easy to social engineer for tech-savvy people. As with other anonymous platforms, we have found this to be an issue from time-to-time when discussing a topic some may perceive as controversial.

**What problems is ThoughtExchange solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can't say that we are solving problems, but we are using the tool as a mechanism to solicit staff input on policy and operational matters, as well as using it to solicit feedback from project stakeholders during our production cycles.

  ### 26. Great way to collaborate

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cameron H. | Department Head, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2021

**What do you like best about ThoughtExchange?**

Allows for thoughts to build organically using a digital platform.

**What do you dislike about ThoughtExchange?**

Some individuals may not be as receptive to the platform

**Recommendations to others considering ThoughtExchange:**

Allow time for initial adjustments within the workgroup.

**What problems is ThoughtExchange solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solves the timeless problem of having people toss out ideas in discussion, only to have initial thoughts dictate the entire direction of the conversation. I have realized the benefit of allowing those who need a little longer to digest an idea or topic tend to increase their input.

  ### 27. Thought Exchange Review

I love to see a simple idea morph into an actionable idea that participants are excited about.

**What do you dislike about ThoughtExchange?**

So far I have only had positive experiences with ThoughtExchange

**What problems is ThoughtExchange solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are getting end users engaged in fresh ways to think about old problems

  ### 29. I enjoyed using all tools that Thoughtexchange has to offer.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariyan P. | Manager of Government Relations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about ThoughtExchange?**

The option to put thoughts into themes is very helpful as it allows going through a larger number of thoughts and better digest the top themes that participants care about.

**What do you dislike about ThoughtExchange?**

Not being able to identify the location of participants without using an explicit question to that end.

**What problems is ThoughtExchange solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thoughtexchange allows us to stay attuned to our members needs. It makes it easier to find what are the most pressing issues we need to attend to.

  ### 30. Innovative, super user-friendly and unique tool to assist our company to gather valuable insights

  ### 31. A fantastic tool for open discussion and idea generation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2021

**What do you like best about ThoughtExchange?**

The tool itself has so many great aspects but the post-exchange reporting is probably one of the strongest.
