Automated integration with AWS, Google, Insperity and other partners allowing for automatic detection of non-compliance issues (hugely beneficial). Great support from CSRs. Cost of audit is built into service. Easy integration with very value pen-testing service. Easy to implement. Something we reference weekly if not daily.
Compliance items are broken down into easy-to-manage controls that need to be implemented with clear objectives to meet and instructions on how to implement the controls. We previously had an all-in-one SOC preparedness and audit solution and they went belly up. Thoropass is the perfect replacement and has virtually ALL the features we are looking for as well as a built-in audit arm. The implementation was beyond easy and would work well for orgs that have lil to no audit experience. The integrations are also super step-by-step and simple to set up. Thoropas is easy to use, easy to work with, offers hundreds of ready made examples and templates that can be used, with all control proofs kept organized and available online. The compliance dash board tool is fantastic for quichlyu tracking efforts and quickly identifying issues. The staff are absolutely amazing, well trained in their field, courteous and exceptionally helpful. The staff from customer account executives, Customer success managers, auditors, pen testers, all are dedicated to your success from start to finish. All of this is offered at a subscription cost that is affordable for the small and midzided market.
