When you have a difficult issue communicating back and forth via email is difficult. Also, when getting one on one trainings they are traditionally set up for just 30 minutes. I wish the report generator wasn't as cumbersome as it can be when creating reports from scratch. There are constant upgrades that have corrected some reporting issues I had in the past. I can easily add new firms and vendors and explain how to use the system within an hour. **What do you dislike about Legal Tracker?** I think we should be able to turn off the accruals for specific matters. The accruals are not always used for the matters I have. I would like more live training opportunities closer to Chicago. **What problems is Legal Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our biggest issue is keeping track of our spend. It provides many various Functionality needed not only on the law firm side but also on the corporate side to keep everything organized and flowing. **What do you dislike about Legal Tracker?** More individual customziations based on the companies needs. Work queues/reminders for matters that can be set up for follow ups. **What problems is Legal Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?** They provide a management system for our corporation that is also functional for a law firm to use.
