What do you like best about Thomson IP Manager?

What do you dislike about Thomson IP Manager?
I do not like how it has no audit feature for the docketers to determine who did what and when. I also would like to have our information audited against PAIR and EPOline to improve the integrity of our data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Thomson IP Manager?
The docketing and asset management features are good and quite clearly laid out. It is accessible remotely which is good for IP managers who travel a lot. Their support is very good but can be slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Thomson IP Manager?
Our ideation process doesn't work anything like the schema they have pre=programmed so we never get to use this feature. It has far more features than we need so the price is relatively high for our basic needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
