Simple acts of kindness go a long way in building a meaningful relationship with my clients, propects, and other professional connections. In what seems to be an increasingly busy world, showcasing that you've taken a few moments to appreciate the interaction you've had with them goes a long way. That is really difficult because it is hard to say I genuinely dislike anything about the tool. The one thing I wish I could change is the availability of sending Thnks to more locations globally and, more specifically, the availability to send out our company-branded items beyond just the US. I think Thnks could improve its billing/reporting features. Instead of reporting monthly, they charge by individual gifts/sends. That makes harder for our finance team to reconcile charges. Adding a "batching" feature would be fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
