I really like Thinqi's simple user interface because nothing is ever really hard to work out, and it's very accessible. I also appreciate their support and customer success teams, which are brilliant and create a strong partnership that reflects in the good work we do. Additionally, colleagues who were involved in the initial setup found it super easy, evolving with the product and focusing on best practices rather than just how it works. It allows us to move the 'theory' side of training online, making more time for practical, in-person training, and it's great for managing compliance training like GDPR and Cybersecurity, with useful audit reports. I would like to see stronger authoring tools in the platform - modules can start to feel samey especially in long courses. It's hard to do variety beyond certain set ups. Some more interactive pages - if you could adjust the flow of the modules so that they have different structures especially if you have different set ups or different aims you are trying to achieve.
