With first class support (which is rarely required) ThinPrint just works for our custom ERP integration enabling direct printing from our remote business systems regardless if they are on premise or cloud based.

ThinPrint's setup is a bit involved and uses some unfamiliar techniques that you will have to learn - especially if you want to use their reporting/tracking tool. Accessing advanced features of printers can sometimes be challenging. It can be difficult to troubleshoot... when a computer or user doesn't get connected to the printers it's supposed to it can be frustrating trying to figure out why. Above all, bad support and above all, they should invest more in updates more often since nowadays, which is not very good, has some bugs that drag on for months.
