Absolutely avoid -- cancelled the service and was rebilled 18 months later with no warning or explanation. Customer service is completely absent. Best mail provider i have used so far and i have used thexyz for years now and it's working perfect for me. I have several domains on my account and i love the dns feature and that it's possible to have mail aliases from every domain pointing to your main mail account.
