**What do you like best about Therap Services?**

Being able to create time tracker templates to track sleep or mood patterns of clients is a great feature.  The Therap training academy is where you can track staff learning, as well as the built-in staff scheduling is a money saver as well!

**What do you dislike about Therap Services?**

When you are first using the system it does take a little while to learn how to use it.  I highly encourage you to take the modules in the Therap Training Academy as well as reach out to your regional support team!

**What problems is Therap Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Documentation of clients activities and supporting of their individual plans as well as financial tracking of client funds.  Scheduling of staff as well as learning completing.

**What do you like best about Therap Services?**

The scheduler has been such a time saver as a supervisor. Being able to see the intended schedule for staff and seeing in real-time if they are working is great.

**What do you dislike about Therap Services?**

When entering schedules there are some things that do add extra time. You can only copy the schedule from the month that you are viewing and you can not copy more than a month at a time. It would also be nice if there was a way to enter a standard schedule (easily-with limited amount of steps) for an individual and/or staff and then edit that if needed.

**What problems is Therap Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The amount of missing notes and unbillable has dramatically declined.

As there is downsides to everything, this organization is made for various consumers. Would like the option to personalize what modules are purchased.

**What do you like best about Therap Services?**

There are many positive features of Therap that support agencies that serve persons with IDD.   I am most familiar with the features of eCHAT and the reports which I use to monitor people state-wide.  eCHAT is a comprehensive tool for nursing assessment documentation.  The acuity scores allow us to gauge the attention that people need and reflect the general status of the population.  We can run a report to show us the number of persons with diabetes, or feeding tubes as well as many other needs.  Prior to the development of the assessment tool and reports we had to call each agency to obtain answers. Now a population can be assessed for certain risk factors and a prevention or education plan can be initiated.  The fact that Therap is used across our state means the assessments are written in a routine manner.  The comparison is fair, fast and easy.

**What do you dislike about Therap Services?**

Needed changes to the programming take time.

**What problems is Therap Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use scomm to communicate securely with my case management program about individuals and to receive reports.  This was a challenge in the virtual workplace.  Therap was an easy solution.

Initial setup can be lengthy and there is a learning curve.

EVV and compliance. The state we work in prefers Therap so it makes audits easy and remote instead of having auditors come to the office.

Imagine a world where tasks like documenting appointments, reviewing lab results, investigating falls, and monitoring vital signs can turn into operational and clinical processes that follow the evidence, triggers action, and improves the lives of the people that we support - That is what Therap means to us.

**What problems is Therap Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like most agencies, the past year has presented our agency with a mind-boggling amount of challenges due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. One of the most urgent issues that we needed to address was how we were going to be able to monitor and track outbreaks as well as tracking vaccinations, treatments, hospitalizations, etc. Therap was essential for us because it allowed us to have real time information on how each person was doing as well as being able to recognize the ever-changing list of symptoms. 

Sorting through massive amounts of data and finding those few pieces of information you are looking for would seem to be an impossible task. Therap made quick work of this, and we were able to report on symptoms every day and be able to act quickly to reduce any potential spread. We were also able to track how many hospitalizations we had through General Event Reports and how the recovery process was going. Therap has allowed us to go beyond the recording of information into being able to plan around a person's health issues and be able to assess if the plan is truly working.

**What do you like best about Therap Services?**

Our agency went from paper-based documentation practices to an online documentation solution with Therap in 2018. We offer so many different services and the process of moving into an online documentation service seemed extremely daunting (which is why it hadn't been attempted prior to then). Therap's team made the process of transition very smooth! We have built a strong relationship with the members of the Therap team and have implemented (successfully) several of the applications. We don't know why we didn't do it sooner!

**What do you dislike about Therap Services?**

From a user standpoint, it takes a bit to learn how to navigate. But once you learn your way, it is an amazing system. I'm not sure how Therap could make their interface a bit more user-friendly or intuitive to the user, but that would be my only suggestion.

**What problems is Therap Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Therap has helped us solve several of our own internal processes. Their team has always been extremely helpful, flexible, and willing to help us find solutions. We currently are not experiencing any problems that need solving.

The most helpful item about Therap is the Customer Service and the way the help and support site is setup and easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Therap Services?**

At this time, I have not seen any reports that are easily readable and to manipulate. Would love to see that Therap could interact with Sequel and for the Therap app to have more options to edit or add data on the go; this would help our Staff that are out in the field.

**Recommendations to others considering Therap Services:**

This product will help streamline and keep your Organization organized. This will help to eliminate the risk of fraudulent activity, overbilling and billing incorrectly. This will also allow ease of one stop access of all your client records and reporting outcomes.

**What problems is Therap Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are resolving having duplicate workbooks to track data, limiting processing of paper files and documents, ensuring data entry is located in one place and easy to access. The benefits we have seen is the accuracy and fluidity of the ISP builds.

Many programs that are easy to use for our organizations such as the Mar, and IP and billing.

It Will time you out quickly, some things can't be corrected or updated instead user is needing to copy and recreate.

I think the use of the Mar is great and easy to use for all of our staff. I am very happy with that feature.  The Billing is also very useful and so far easy to use.

Therap Services provides our agencies with a dependable program to meet our needs.   The company is responsive to our needs and is constantly in the process of updating for users.  They are a company with a forward-thinking, futuristic vision.   Their representatives are obviously carefully select for not only their professional skills but also their personal skills.   If you are willing to learn and expand your skills, someone is there is assist.     Having worked with a number of companies, Therap Services is a Five Star customer service agency.

There is really not much I dislike.  It may be finding the right report for what we need.

**What problems is Therap Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Information access is the primary solution.   It is at the tip of your fingers, day or night, wherever you are.  Struggles with billing.   Working with 3 billing programs/companies currently and by far, Therap is the easiest to navigate and receive payments.

Therap Services has been equipped to handle every documentation need our organization has requested since beginning implementation in October 2021. One of the best things about Therap Services is their immediate and expert customer service and fruitful resources for Providers like us.

I cannot say one negative thing about Therap Services. If our organization has recommendations, it is very easy to share this information with Therap representatives. If they cannot make something happen right away, they express their consideration and find you viable solutions in the meantime.

Therap has solved many of the quality management and compliance issues that our organization faced with paper service documentation. Therap allows real-time communication and review of our individuals' needs; whether it be medical needs, incident management, risk assessments, documentation requirements and so much more.

All client information in one area is a great idea. Being able to track behavior/medication data/DR. appointments and critical information is a concept that Therap provides.

**What do you dislike about Therap Services?**

In my opinion, there are no downsides to Therap. Only that sometimes technology is technology and it is down for maitenance. I think there could be improvements made in the Document Storage area and have the ability to create several folders for different information. (putting more than one document for the same year.)

Be patient with understanding all of its different areas of expertise. It contains a lot of information for one platform.

Benefits of Therap are an easy way to access client information and easier communications between residential and day program. Being at day program we can know anything that occurs at home before clients are arriving. It is easier access to MAR Data & behaviors.

The most helpful part of using THERAP is the accessibility of the THERAP Team to get questions answered and problems resolved in a timely manner.

The downside of THERAP  is the inability to select specific sections to print into a report in ISP data reports.

THERAP is solving a lot of EVV issues which is making it much easier at the staff interface level.

I like that all information will be in one place.

It is always hard to learn something new, but in the end, I think it will be very helpful for our individuals.

We haven't started using it yet, but one of the problems I see it solving is misunderstanding of information.  The team should be able to see the information as soon as it is entered.

What I like best about Therap is their templates and easy to navigate interface! Theraps Global Template Library has saved me from creating templates from scratch, saving me time and money! Why re-invent the wheel, the Global Template Library offers so much more than I ever imagined. I only wish I found Therap sooner.

**What do you dislike about Therap Services?**

The downside to using Therap is that all APD providers in Florida must use iConnect. Therap is compatible with iConnect; however, there are some requirements that we have to edit to stay in compliance.

Therap has helped me keep my Waiver Support Coordinators and Group Home Staff on the same page and HIPAA compliant. My business performance has increased, and my consumers and legal guardians are happy to be well informed in "live time."

Sometimes  the modules can be a bit tricky with understand and often we need to reach out to them for more guidence. The learning training center is often hard for staff to find to teach themselves.

We currently are trying to working out billing issures. we are working with Marie who has been really helpful sometimes Therap has a few kinks that have to be adjusted in order for us to bill properly.

The one complaint I have with the system is when I need to complete a Behavior Incident. It is not user-friendly, It has a set list of options to choose from and sometimes the behavior I need to document is not listed and, while  I am still learning the system. Co-workers told me the old way with the grid worked better and was more user friendly

I like best the reports I can pull to review the data.  It helps it exports to excel and then it can be filtered to review the data better.  I also like the time tracking module, we have been able to get rid of paper documentation and immediate access to our operations team.

I dislike entering data into the fields.  There are some areas where dates are prefilled, and then they have to be deleted to get the data you want.  Also, it would be nice if when putting in dates to the data fields they will automatically fix the date combination.  For instance, entering 2/1/22, it would automatically fix it to the format of 02/01/2022.

Ensure you have a good relationship with your Therap representatives.  They will be able to help with anything you need, or be able to find the answers.

We are reducing paper documentation.  This means there is less time spent filing, trying to keep track of all the different documents, and easier access to reviewing the documentation in real time.  This is a source of frustration for our company (paper documentation).

I work on the Quality Assurance side of a company that utilizes Therap. Therap makes my job easy with the hundreds of available reports I can pull. Any specific information I am looking to pull, Therap has a report for that! I love that I can export to excel and quickly filter to find the information I need. This was especially helpful during our state survey.

**What do you dislike about Therap Services?**

The cool thing about Therap is that you can submit suggestions anytime you want. So whenever they don't have a feature that I wish they did have, I can let them know and they'll likely start working on it! I wish that we could customize consults to be specific to our company. We can't do that right now, but I'm willing to bet that it will be available in the future.

I highly recommend Therap Services. The amount of support is like no other. Our company was able to go 100% electronic with this service.

I like that we can do all the documentation that the state requires while saving the planet. It worries me how much paper gets used when we're in the middle of a climate crisis.

There are often typos and errors that happen on Therap that can't be fixed. If you're type A, you'll notice, and these things might start to bother you.

This program centralizes communication, and once your staff is trained on it, things get a lot easier and flow so much smoother. I spent so much time tracking down missing documentation after sifting through tons of it. Now we pull up the data and can pinpoint it immediately.

Some of the updates have made it so there is more steps we have to do that we use to complete in 1 click and now there are about 4 clicks.  I like updates but not when they make more work.

There are few downsides to Therap Services that I can attest to at the moment. Any issues I have come across in functionality have always been handled reasonably using Therap Services' Help tools.

Therap Services provide the ability to see the big picture of services, connecting the dots visually rather than fighting with pen and paper. Our agency was able to see the "holes" in certain policies and protocols that plaque the industry to date - worker empowerment, measuring services provided, incident management.

- Robust Help & Support Page as well as Live Help available for users. 
- Feedback/Suggestions are encouraged and often incorporated in future updates
- Phenomenal job keeping up with state regulations and helping providers prepare for implementation (the most recent and largest being Electronic Visit Verification) 
- Downtime/Lack of access is incredibly rare. We've noticed a handful (less than 5 I think) of outages over the years, and all have been resolved within 5-20 minutes
- Often offer presentations (or pre-recordings) on the best ways to gather your data from the system and adjust it to find trends you might be interested in

**What do you dislike about Therap Services?**

Having transitioned from paper to Therap, the main barrier in my eyes has been the lack of ability for the user to readily see other employees' documentation on the same screen where they are documenting to consider how that fits into what the user needs to document. 
For example: on paper, you can see the daily notes that all other users have written recently right there when you're writing your note - in therap, you can view those other notes, but they're not directly in front of you when you're writing yours. This often leads to: "did my co-worker write the note for this person today yet or do I need to?" and "I'm not sure if someone who worked this morning added a note about the call we received from their work... so I'm going to write it too"  Both of these situations inevitably lead to the same thing being written over and over again (wasting time both writing the notes, and for users reading the same information multiple times in different notes later), or some critical pieces of information not being written at all.

**What problems is Therap Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to download all of our data and view it in excel pivot tables to notice trends is incredible. Constant access to data (without driving to a site or waiting for someone to send a fax) is an incalculable benefit - especially during a time when we want to limit the number of people going into a site to reduce Covid exposure, being able to view all of the information from afar has been critical.

I like that Therap is accessible to all types of staffing levels, from direct care to behaviorists to directors etc..  I also like the option for lock/unlock and deactivating staff.  There is also an extensive report library that can be very useful for various documentation requirements/QAs.

**What do you dislike about Therap Services?**

I dislike that it cannot be more modified agency/state-specific even after submitting requests to my issues.  I also do not like that when enabling the "general t-log" option that the general t-log will show up on all pages that the individual has ever been enrolled in.  I also do not like the format of the ISP reports, there is a lot of wasted space and can be condensed to it is not as many pages.

**Recommendations to others considering Therap Services:**

Work with your Therap support person to ensure that what you need on Therap can be accommodated.  There are specific modules that Therap has that we cannot utilize due to the lack of data that it can provide.  I strongly recommend talking with someone who has used Therap recently on the documentation/agency side in addition to a Therap team member.

Completing QAs are much easier using Therap, especially with many of us working from home throughout the pandemic. It allows us to easily pull reports and address issues as they arise.

I like the ability to link various documents for information. It allows for effective use of time and great flow of information between all fields. It is very easy to navigate through.

ISP Programs that are not implemented are still listed. It would be easier on the eyes if it could be archived and not on the Individual Home Page. The inability to clear TLogs from "To Do List" unless you acknowledge each first.

**What problems is Therap Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not sure that I would say it is a problem, but rather helping the environment, we are saving TONS of paper.  Keeping things online is certainly a sign of the times but allows service supervisors managers to see real-time what issues staff are having with documentation. We can fix an issue promptly and make changes to programs for individuals quickly.  Being able to find individuals files and information in one place has been able to be time-efficient for myself and others.
