I like that Thera is quick and pretty fast to set up and to withdraw money, making it easy for me to receive money into my account quickly. The integration with Brazilian accounts is also pretty good, allowing me to use my business and personal accounts. I think that the biggest problem with Thera is the discounts related to currency conversion. When I get paid in US dollars and convert it to Brazilian reais, a lot of money is deducted. Sometimes the exchange rate makes it seem like I'll get a certain amount, but due to these discounts, it can be a significant loss. I wish there was a way to decrease the discounts on the conversion because it makes me reconsider continuing with Thera and think about finding another company to handle the transactions.
