What I really like about Thera is how easy it is to manage contractors from different countries. The fees are much more reasonable than what I was previously paying. I am able to withdraw directly onto my local bank and the payments are sent out really quickly. It was very easy to set my payment details up and I also get email notifications every time I'm paid. They keep a full record of all my payment history, which helps me stay organized. The only recommendation for improvement is the ability to have different access permissions for team members. Currently, every decision must be approved manually, and it would be great to have the ability to assign some tasks to team members with restricted access. The outstanding difference is how low the fees are for this product in comparison to other platforms I have used. There isn't a lot to dislike, although I would like to see Thera with more integrations, primarily for our accounting tools and Notion — to lessen the amount of manual work and context switching we have to do between platforms.
